The house is beautiful, creative use of space, unique finishes and attention to detail. However, I feel it is overpriced for 26m, especially considering the surrounding environment. If it were a gated community with tarmaced roads and standard of neighbouring houses then maybe the price could slightly apply, still negotiable!

I can't get enough of the second floor. Mansa is imagining it as a cozy movie room and Will is probably loving it as his vidoe editing office while i am seeing it serving as my personal art studio and storage for paintings has me practically jumping with excitement. The double volume adds a touch of grandeur, and the two washing areas on the ground floor are incredibly practical. I adore the common spaces on both levels - the staircase opening up to areas perfect for displaying elegant console tables and captivating artworks is a stroke of genius 😅
The visualization is loud and clear. I can see how that space would work as your art studio 👌🏽
Here for design ideas! and cameras are key . Ideal landscape space used and I see an 1/8th acre isn't too bad. Not a flat roof fan because of water ponding but love the house . It has reminants of the lavington house and tilisi! blinds for that beautiful front fascade . Burglar grilling on windows and doors well done. Finishes are well done; doors are top notch and like the open space between living and dining room.. Adequate pantry love the kitchen design but not white and black for me. Wardrobes and bathrooms well done! ventilation with wide windows is key . Thank you for showcasing these beautiful homes!

i like the grill to doors and windows,another thing is the tv wall combination of marble sheet and pvc fluted panel is cool.
Those grills are well incorporated and the tv wall is neatly done.

Once again I love this architecture. Made mistake of showing the 121 million KS to my wife and the honey do list has grown immensely. She is already getting estimates to have the kitchen cabinets sanded down to bare wood and matched to the color of the blue kitchen cabinets and exterior trim of that home. My kitchen cabinets are solid walnut with black cherry stain and she has told me that look is no longer in and the dark blue cabinets are now what is the most beautiful color for kitchen cabinets, I like the dining chandelier, the orange accents and yellowish lighting I notice on the homes are real beautiful. I may add the blue exterior trim color to the exterior of my home

I really love the location of the home. By 30yrs I want a home of my own, Ruiru looks like a great destination. 😂😂😂not too far from 30 so I need to know if that front yard can be transformed into a swimming pool.❤

Mugutha is a nice place, unapanda matatu metro near archives and bus fare doesn't go beyond 80bob in the evening. And In the morning 50bob. And very close to town

Beautiful well thought out house with decently sized rooms but an ish neighborhood for this kind of a house. Probably the reason why the owner is selling it. This will be in the market for a while.
