MIFFY + SANRIO SUGAR COOKIES

How to make cute Miffy and Sanrio sugar cookies. Very easy recipe and very easy to shape. No cookie cutters required!

Ingredients: (makes ~30 cookies)
454 grams (2 3/4 cup) all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
227 grams (1 cup) butter, room temp
300 grams (1 1/2 cup) sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Mix together the dry ingredients and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
3. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix until combined.
4. Add in dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms
5. Shape cookies
6. Chill 15 minutes
7. Bake at 375F/190C for 12 minutes
