I remember when it was an open shopping center, I used to sit at Gray's drug store and have a chocolate phosphate. My Mom worked at SS Kresge five and dime. I remember watching Ghoulardi playing softball at Boken park. Wow time flys when you're growing up, but it seems so slow at the time, older kids would stop at (Kresge) after school (Lutheran West) and play the jukebox and drink cherry Coke from those paper inserts they put in the cup holders at the soda fountain. This must read like a piece of antiquity.
