This issue occurs when use the same Apple ID in both iPhones, and the best solution is to use different Apple IDs in different iPhones. But if it’s not possible, you could still stop sharing call sharing history between iPhones or any other Apple devices.

This can now be turned off in the ICloud settings. Devices using the same Apple ID were unable to separate call logs and voicemails but now you can it seems.
Go to settings / iCloud / show all and then toggle off phone & FaceTime in apps using iCloud.

jab koi iPhone user dusre iPhone user ko call krta hai .. toh kya usse pta chalta hai ki samne wala caller bhi iPhone user hai??
I hate the be the person asking stupid questions here. But I have a personal and work phone. However, in addition, I do have a Mac book and several other apple devices. I just shut the iCloud Drive off the work device. So would this stop incoming work calls on my personal phone as well? I am going to try it and let you know. Perhaps I should just go to the Apple Store. Thanks!
If I turn it off and then turn it back on will my contacts still back up to iCloud

It worked for me but then after a 1 or so it came back bc I did sum on accident
