Health and wellness with splendor of radiance Amoda, I must utter with trueness of words emanating from the deepest depths of my heart, I got a high back in my grade school days on "chivalry and to do noble acts and things for all human beings and sentient beings and to be just and true and to care and love gave an inner and outer authentic and genuine seeker with an unquenchable willingness seeking that peace and joy from the SOURCE--- at that time I had no knowledge of the source I was seeking that true god my primary and secondary education my motto was "my heart must be pure and true to get to the ✨ stars". And I practice a way life and live a way of life to say first that I am no longer a seeker seeking that thing which was here always within the beingness of my being who I AM -- I AM NESS. Beautiful when at that early stage of infantile and adolescence moments of my journey of life again I must truly say in humble humility with letters 🔤 and words I picked up and mastered the art of AWAKEN and FULLY HUMAN. And with that fulgor of willingness i welcome all the suffering and I love and give until yet I have have it all and feel with within me a Joy sorrow sadness happiness yet the other that reign supreme my true nature love the essence the source and again I rejoice in the blissful peace and rest and quietness being w/out me and having no self - the death of self. Pure and true to self with out self I can't take one milliliter of a centimeters backwards I feel that I am the richest person on this planet. in summary: ONENESS ABSOLUTE TOTALITY
IT'S INFINITI LUMINOSITY
“ its not the feeling that is creating suffering, its not the experience of it that is creating suffering, its the rejection of it! “ Is the most powerful statement I have heard since my awakening in 2012 when a spiritual teacher opened my third eye by saying I am a soul: pure, love, happiness, joy, bliss, power, peace is who I am......but finally you have explained to me completion. That which exists inside me of who I am NOT must be completely felt too.....not rejected. The stress, anger, hurt, anxiety....all of it cannot be rejected because it too exist and must be seen and felt. After years of seeking, finally! Space has been created. Thank you for pointing me to this space... this opening.....its not easy to go through negativity that may arise, like the feeling of anger vibration, especially when it is at it peak and rises.....but the realization is that it needs to be completed inside me. When I arrive back into the eternal spaciousness....I feel alive, peaceful, light and complete! Has nothing to do with the triggers, the events...the triggerer.....its just anger inside me! I see it! I see it?Thus , the space gets wider and wider😇 Blessings of such pointings! May your message be reached to many who seek!

I too feel like I am finally beginning to understand however I did not have a spiritual teacher to pry my 3rd eye open- if only this knowledge could move from head to heart!
chris johns , Thats the miracle. The teachers just come to our awareness. The teacher was on a television show explaining to a student who he is. That sharing infiltrated my consciousness.....that was the light that woke me up. Who he i....is who I am. This is the oneness, heart connections we all share. That is the opening after the energy experience occurs that which all spirits belong to. Everything else dies....the emotion, the body....the feeling, the event, everything within this YOUniverse has a beginning and end....except the awareness of it....I am still learning beautiful soul! But I feel we are so close.....blessings of this heart! it is the heart of Christ that is upon us. Within this new seeing...the heart will connect more to the mind and all shall be accepted....allowed...no more judgement. Only a heart full of forgiveness and non resistance to the bad and the bad. I had no teacher except my awareness itself and a thirst to seek who I am....and all the things that flowed into awareness after that. This clarity, this new seeing, this awakening begins with our awareness waking up to itself. We carry with us a space...in which we have the power to create....but the excitement is the seeing of it and all the things that may enter in it. Suffering is when we pay too much attention on the bad parts.....as MA explained....the suffering is the resistance. And boy oh boy., I have had my share. Blessings my dear soul! Yes we must UNIFY ALL Parts of Ourselves by Accepting ALL parts into our Heart Chakra Portal (keep opening more & more to love, the bigger the pain - the more you Breathe & Open your Heart - TAKE IT ALL IN 💛👁️❤️). {Namaste}
