Remember there are people who have never experienced the soft life the ex convicts they have experienced during their criminal activities . Skeem when having someone who got arrested outside SA. Please ask them if the criminal record affect them in SA or it doesn’t apply here
No it does not and is not recorded under the zSAPS records however it will affect her if she were to travel to other countries cos some won’t allow her in

@@dumisilen4890 A police clearance from pretoria will state all crimes, inside and outside of South African borders. Crimes by South Africans committed in foreign countries get reported to the South African embassies, embassies report it to Pretoria. So Pretoria has a record of ALL crimes, inside and outside our borders. One cant get away with crimes. Best to stay away from crime.
They only banned them to not come to the country
Skeem the podcast is growing,wonderful job. Can you also interview children who were born and grew in prison..do we have such people who can share their stories. Also prison warders or police officers who handled huge cases.

In South African prison we've been working hard to get conjugal rights. My gratitude Skeem keep on manifesting.
Why should conjugal rights be a consideration for prison? Does the access to certain privileges not deminish the very reason for imprisonment?
@@keabetswetjale7959I agree with you, but I also think that it would somehow decrease the rape rates in prison maybe and we should also consider that prison is a rehabilitation centre not punishment centre.
In my opinion, yes and no to your response. I agree that rehabilitation should be at the forefront in our correctional centres, I however, do not agree with the notion that rehabilitation in this instance should somewhat be divorced from punishment.
I hear what you are saying but, I don't agree that those rights should be granted. Imvela ka ncane should remain as is, if not for the benefit of those inside, then as a deterrent for those who are still outside.
Shalom my sister, it is your opinion and you subjected to. I as a former convict I believe it's necessary. Why? Considering the sodomies that is going viral in the correctional facilities and rapes.We need the intervention of government to tackle this issue by legalizing conjugal right. The majority of our Juveniles are subjected to be wives as a result when they are reconciled to the world they continue with this immorality.
You are also human at the end of the day

I think I heard him ask her,and she said thy supported her and sent money but she cut ties with them.
I have never seen drugs with my eyes but I get stopped airports as a suspect 😢😢 1st time in Rome Italy 2nd Thailand,and was on holiday 😮😮😢
And what happened fate being stopped?
I don't know how this lady does it, I was stopped at Rome because they said I dont look like the picture on my passport. I almost died on the spot.
