I had no time and was becoming angry in the process. Your book has helped me to create a balance life. No more moving on the fly in the living room with little to no productivity
This makes sense to me. Whenever I wake up in the middle of the night and I cannot get back to sleep because my mind is literally all over the place and thinking of so many different things, I often have to remind myself to focus on my breathing. When I do that, I can't think of much else. Sometimes it doesn't work because I lose focus. It makes sense to me to hold the breath for a few seconds because it probably keeps your mind from wondering in between the inhale and exhale.
Thanks it helped me too. I realised that the counting was merely to hold your thoughts or attention static and whether the cycle was 3 or 20 seconds long was really irrelevant
You're quite right about people doing that, usually. And alright, this one could have started about 1 min 30 later, and just went straight to the juicy bit. But she's far better than most. And she has none of the usual irritating sales pitch, usually lasting for half of the vid. And none of it featured the silly instructions to rewire the subconsciousness, calling it the "brain", to condition the self into being optimistic, rather than to be realistic. A big thumbs up from me.
Wow! really helpful... This to clear your mind out of every thing but what you wanna focus on... cause nobody can live one moment without any ideas coming in a mind!!! that cannot be!!! if you think you can, you will be thinking in clearing your mind... that also an idea...

Works really fast!!! I do it 5 times a a day and save more than 30 minutes ,during which I would have been confused over my stuff
Was skeptical at first. Nothing seems to really work for me. But this did.. surprisingly! And so simple.
