Have you ever seen the 8bitdo? It’s an adaptor from amazon for 20 bucks that lets you use any controller to play the switch. I hook my PS4 controller up to it all the time and play and I think it works really well

I've seen this same advertisement for "Raid" delivered by 3 different CZcams gaming channels.
I asked my mom for a pro controller for my birthday and she got me one of the knockoff ones, but it actually works fine.

I think it would be cool if someone took apart the fake controller and the real one in the beginning and explained what the differences are. I think that would be awesome and I'm almost tempted to buy some of these the amibo part is least important for my gaming experience so it wouldn't even be an issue for me.

No joke considering i dont give a crap about amiibos. But i picked up a nyko wireless core controller for $26 and its been great. Sucky thing is i had problems with it directly wired. Plus side it has turbo functions.

It only happened with my old Joy-con (R) so far
But at the same time my switch and those joy-cons survived a housefire but I think my Joy-cons have seen their days
What I mean is My left Joy-con doesn’t charge right anymore and my right Joy-con’s analog stick doesn’t work correctly with the Y-axis
And then my switch is perfectly fine just when it is using it’s fan it smells like smoke but nothing happened yet
I bought the Splatoon 2 one almost a year ago and it works perfectly fine to this day and I love it, I mean I don’t use Amiibo much anyways, and if I do then I just use the Joy-Cons I guess.

I once bought such a pro controller (as the first one you explained, the 20$ one with no amiibo support).
I always thought the sticks were a bit rubbish until I found out some day when disassembling it out of boredom, that BOTH stick arrived broken. I got them fixed for like 6€ additionally but in the end still a fair offer for those who seek a cheaper alternative
If by "a bit Rubbish" you mean feeling the need to lock into 8 directions, with trying to maneuver between 8 directions being very difficult? If so, then I guess mine are broken too. I hope so at least. The pro controller I've got feels extremely awkward to use.

I got the ooya switch controller as a gift,it took 3 hours to charge,and when it charged it didn’t work 🤣then a day later it worked and all the buttons mapping was out of wack,so I got the receipt and took it back😂🤦🏼♂️

I got the Xenoblade clone and it works and looks great. Rumble is a bit strong (you can turn it off) and I don't use amiibos, so it's perfect for my needs. Even registers as the Xenoblade edition on my switch
I was worried when he said one of them was a lie and i was SO relieved when i saw it was the amiibo because similar to you i dont use them.
So the rumble really is HD?
That would be so cool because I really need a second Pro Controller for Multiplayer but don't want to buy another expensive one.

I have a collection of almost 18 Amiibos, and I would still buy the smash pro controller, cause I don’t mind having an extra joy con out. I have just always wanted the smash controller or the joy cons.

And don't worry about the controllers "not showing up or showing up damaged", because in that case the seller will refund you, and if they don't want aliexpress will force them to (just follow the "open a dispute" procedure).
Although I do advise to pick the boxed ones, they'll be more protected during shipping.

These would be *great* for a shell swap. Buy one of these, put the shell on a real pro controller, and put the real shell on the fake one. you’ll have a nice looking real pro controller, and a questionable-quality fake one for whoever gets the short end of the stick and has to play with it in multiplayer.

I tried the first knock off Pro controllers. I would assume it varies between manufacturers but the ones I have have significant delay compared to original controllers. It's pretty much negligible in single player but can get a little annoying in multiplayer. It's still fully playable and I'd say worth it but there definitely are trade offs beyond the amiibo

What's the use of amiibos? Do they give special skins to smash characters or something?
@Hugh Jass not necessarily. The amiibo originally appeared during the WiiU era. They have different functions in different games, such as mii costumes for mk8 or for item drops in BOTW. The coolest function is probably in Smash bros., though, because it basically becomes its own character that you can train by fighting, allowing it to learn your movement patterns and become unstoppable. They are never required for anything, though (unless you count Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival...ugh), so don’t make that the reason you don’t buy the controller, as you can just scan with your joy cons anyway.

Bought my “Fake” Pro Controller on Ali Express and it works amazing. Saved 50$ and if you want Amiibo? Then just pull out the joy con dude not that hard. HD rumble and motion is perfect. I highly recommend

About the OUYA Controller:
As soon as I saw that it didn‘t have a Start button and then saw that the Ouya Button in the Middle immediatly goes to the system menu, it was clear to me that no one on the project did know anything about videogames

OoT is the best on N64, it’s the classic and if you were born back in the day N64 is for you, or if your a newbie or never played it back in the day, I guess play 3DS
I bought the same controller form the same company, but from amazon. And, so far, after doing a teardown, dropping them several times, and doing stress tests for over a year. I can say, that these are great. They are same in every aspect, cheap and have a 2-year warranty, and are pretty tough. The battery lasted for about 21 hours. So far; I'm pretty happy with them

the fake pro controller is really good! my family bought two for my brother and i, and i was sceptic at first. but as mentioned in the video, they work exactly as an original (unless that they cant read amiibos which i never use anyway). however, they feel really plastic and the rumble might be too much for some people (it was for me) but besides that it is a really good investment for those who want a pro controller and also save some money
Maybe they arent original Pro Controllers, but maybe they use alot of the SAME parts!!
Because at the end, alot of the original parts for the pro controller come still from china, lol!

It's the mold that they have. Most products that are made in China will prolly have a replica because they use the same mold.

They're not "fake", they're third party. The Giotek WX4 is a good £25 alternative to the Pro Controller. I've never had a problem with it. It has good reviews, too.
