Sahiba is a pro... I really admire the way she hosts this show and she is so natural. No gimmicks, or asking awkward, uncomfortable questions... Intelligent questions and she sticks to the subject matter which is food and a little bit about the celeb but nothing too personal. FYI, Kashmiri mirch is not the hottest (or spiciest). In fact it's milder than other indian chillies. It is used primarily to give red color to the food.

It gives a wonderful sweet and sour kinda taste which actually breaks the hot and spicy taste. It's the only chilli I can eat being allergic to most chillies though we still use other chillies in food
