I love black seed oil. I was taking it for years and it did amazing things for my hair and skin when I took a tbsp/day with water. It helped my mental well being tremendously which was the main reason I took it. Unfortunately I had to quit as it decreased my sex drive and increases my appetite like crazy. I believe it's because of its effect on serotonin but could possibly be hormonal, although I'm a male and most likely won't be the case for everyone.
I can't believe it took almost 50 years for sea mass to become popular.

Seamoss has chromium in it, help with diabeties. If it is to thin oi t lose its minerals. If you use friut that is not akaline you drop the ph in the seamoss. Sone friut has acid in it. Alway check the friut in seamoss acid is 6.9 and lower.

Im for seamoss but we gotta get the dosage right because 1-4 tablespoons a day will literally cause health issues. It has iodine in it. i would say half a tablespoon every other day.

@@samfit2.1 I'm from St.lucia (where he said his sea moss is from) and ive never heard to take such a small amount. I asked my mom to make sure and she also said people drink it by the glass.. so wherever you heard that taking it in larger portions isn't healthy is incorrect.
You can test your iodine levels by using a dropper of iodine & making a 1 inch circle on your forearm. If it goes away meaning your body absorbed it within 2hrs you’re low. If it doesn’t you have enough. If it stays a long time your body doesn’t need iodine.
