Your Hands Are Very Important. Note: if you relate to this topic at an excruciating level, be sure to seek professional advice, my talk is only my own experiences. In this talk, I talk about my experiences of pain and discomfort in my wrists and the importance of taking care of your hands. The pain was only temporary, and I am fortunate to have regained full strength and dexterity. My father had an accident with his hands and does not have the luxury of becoming the doctor he wanted to become. My message to all people, especially other young folk like me: protect your hands and make them last because they are your every day tools. No price can amount to the tools you use everyday.
