- How to reset a TP Link AC750 WiFi range Extender. I plug mine in upside down so I can get to the reset button easily then I push my tool in for about 3 seconds and wait for it to cycle through blinking lights then you should see just the power light a solid green now you can connect it to another modem or router. Thanks man this helped me even tho I didn't have a WPS button in my router
I connected the router with a wire with my new wifi and the application was already downloaded . I just took a spaghetti stick and did what u did , keep in mind I didn't know the password when they wanted it in the application and it still worked.

if I reset the extender will the main router with the same ssid also be reseted? I think I did this once months ago and this happened
When you reset it it just takes it back and then you have to do the exact same thing again with your router or Wi-Fi gateway to reestablish the connection good luck thanks for watching
when I have reset, which code shall I use or where do I find the new code for the TP-link extender ?I have forgot my code, there for I will reset.
You just do the exact same thing. If you look on your tower of the router that you’re extending from it should have the network name and the password when you look on a device, you’ll see that network name with an_ EXT then just use the same password for the Netwerk. Good luck. Thanks for watching.
Does this work for different models? I tried this on a Ax1500 and it didn't do anything
I think it’ll work as long as your router or modem has a WPS button otherwise you may have to download the app to get it to work
can someone help me when i plug in the extender the light flashes then goes off and stays off
You may have to move it to a closer plug to your modem or router
