Happy Mother's Day everyone. This music is to celebrate the real heros of this world - our moms!
The song appears twice during the movie - briefly at the very beginning when Iron Man is recording a message and at the end when people are remembering all those that sacrificed their lives to give way to the new generation of heros. The second one was the most moving moment of Endgame, don't you think?

All parts are arranged and recorded by Marie (Note: I kept much of Silvestri's harmonies intact (since they are awesome), while sprinkling in hints of Avengers theme throughout the piece); video is produced by Hannah;
How I recorded the song:
Some people wondered how I recorded the song for this video. There are 4-5 parts (all violin) all played by me. When I find an amazing song to play, I listen to it over and over again while writing down the notes I want to play. And then I record one part at a time, trying to make sure all the parts line up and the harmony sounds good - the harmony part is quite difficult to do, since as a violinist I am used to playing just one melody at a time. Then I shoot the video in multiple angles playing different parts and voila, you've got the video.

A review about Mega Mind being a subversive masterpiece lead me here...and my eyes are flowing with tears inside. This is a beautiful cover of the greatest superhero funeral music pieces of this year. I don't think any other funeral for a superhero will give me more tears than this.

Everytime i hear the song i-i can't stop thinking for the four avengers who are the real heroes in the avengers franchise- Iron man,captain america,black widow and vision, when i hear the music it always make me think to watch avengers endgame over and over again and makes me always a heartbreak, MARVEL STUDIOS best studios ever created in my life! Wow. Either if it’s on the violin or on its own, this song from Avengers: Endgame sure is a beautiful masterpiece. From the movie itself, Alan Silvestri made such beautiful music. And this cover, is also beautiful. And either if it’s on the violin from you or the real song from Alan Silvestri like from the movie itself, well in my own honest opinion, this should also be for a funeral of a fallen soldier or a fallen war veteran, because as we all know, lots of soldiers and/or veterans as well from either The Army, The Navy, The Marines, or the
Air Force, have passed away lately and also either if they died retired from the military or if they died young while still in the military, well I think that this song from
Avengers: Endgame, should be played for them either at their funeral, or at the cemetery, for that fallen soldier, who was either in the Army, or in the Marines, or in the Navy, or in the Air Force, as a way to say goodbye, and it’s also a beautiful tribute of a song. But that’s just my own honest opinion. Let me know what you think of that idea.

Hey 123 Pink eraser, thanks for your comment. I can totally see how you would assume that I used another recording for the video (even my mom didn't believe that I played all the parts), because I'm just one violinist, but I actually played all the parts that you hear in the recording by playing over each line and synching them. I played four main parts and a few extra voices, so it does sound orchestral like Alan Silvestri's original recording. In all my 25 videos, I arrange and play every single element that you hear. It's way more difficult, but the right thing to do :)

There are no words for the loss, so music is there. To me the moment was also sad and hopeful at the same time - did you sense the hopefulness too? - Tony Stark sacrificed his life, and this inspired the younger generation of heros to continue his legacy.
