Pot noodles went downhill when golden wonder stopped making them and they removed most of the salt. The bombay bad boy one is nice though!
But you still need to add more salt!
When I saw the title I thought it would be a comedy skit with someone making a normal pot noodle, and talking like Heston or something

Why did you use De-ionized water?
How much amount of gelatin to use to set the kombu - tuna stock?
Which heat resistant gel did you use to set the kombu- tuna noodles?
and lastly.. What do I have to do to be your apprentice?
1. The minerals in ionized water may react with aromatic compounds extracted from seaweed.
2. 2 Tbsp in 500 ml.
3. Low Acyl Gellan Gum may be used.
4. Gift 500 cups of pot noodles from 1970.

I respect his work, but i seriously doubt that the taste is good on these noodles. Too much seaweed can kill any dish, especially if it is not roasted.
