It’s good to mix it up a bit.Watching trail rigs going at snails pace can be painful at times and doesn’t hold everyone’s attention. Like watching paint dry.It’s good to show the modulation it has but then move on the video and fun with it and show the viewers and possible buying what it can do and what it looks like out crawling and trailing. Someone is always going to have something to say about what you "should or shouldnt" do.
Personally, if I watch you hammer on these rigs a little, that's more valuable to me in the long run to see how a rig can handle a bit of a beat down.
I drive scale and I see where their coming from but, at the end of the day, if you show us a rig can take a little extra pinnishment that I may or may not duplicate, Im going to appreciate the fact a bit more.
In short, thanks for doing what you do to bring us real world feedback before we blow our money on a rig that may or may not do what we want it to do.
Driving style depends on the day.
Some days, my crawler is a basher, plowing over snowmen like it's a twisted metal knock-off.
Some days, im scaling rocks like my life depends on proper throttle control. Just have fun, man. And thank you for inspiring me to not only join this hobby but also start this channel!
I’ve competed at RCExcitement. The runs usually come down to time. Most of us would do the course in about 5 minutes. Truck looks great.
Really appreciate the audio in your videos! Crawler transmission smoothness makes a big difference to my enjoyment of a rig. What most videos don't show are how quiet and smooth at speed these TA/Element and Vanquish drivetrains are.
This is on my Christmas list.
I watched the video and I think you showed the truck in many ways, you drove slow, you drove fast, and showed how everybody would drive this truck, not everyone buying this would drive (scale) they might just drive in there back yard fast, or on the street in the neighborhood....some might just rip through the trails, and some may drive scale....but there are many ways to drive or play with a R/C....and you show all them in many ways in every video...keep it upl 💯
I always dig the parts of your video where you drive the vehicle. I get even more excited to drive my own trucks and cars. The Enduro Knightwalker looks really cool and would be a fun truck to take on the trails that I hike and R/C on.
I like the appearance a lot, I like as it is from the factory. It's one of the most beautiful rtr I've ever seen. Also, I like that you can put a lot of lights and the settings in the controller are very cool.
I have never watched one of your videos and thought you were driving anything incorrectly. I watch several people review vehicles and your reviews are always at the top of the list. And I think the manufactures know you well enough now at this point that they know you will give their product a fair and honest review.

I “Drive it like you’ve gotta drive it home!” Scale driving myself here. Since my budget and life won’t easily support ownership of a 1:1, I drive vivaciously through my rigs.

Ignore the haters. They want the attention. So ignoring them is the best remedy for them. 😂 I personally think you drive like the vast majority of people do when enjoying these cars. And people like me are looking for videos where guys like you drive and bash these things normally so we can see exactly what they do under normal conditions. You also give tons of great insight and information when you give reviews. I actually based a lot of my decision to buy the Arrma granite 4x4 3s on one of your videos and I friggin love that little speed demon wheelie machine! 😂 Trust me, a lot of us old school RC guys appreciate the time you put into doing great, informative videos like this one. I always thought driving rc rigs of any kind was about choosing your own adventure. I'm lucky enough my girlfriend drives too. She drives our hiking trails faster than I do. Its how she has fun when we are out. She just stops and waits for me once in a while. Drive your rig how you want. By the way, thanks for sharing your videos. I'd rather you break it for all of us anyhow, save us any future headaches. Have a great day and may your batteries last longer than you want to drive.

Greg I love that you bring info with new products and FYI- I watch the bashers videos longer than the crawlers due to the unappealing movements but then again I’m an arc guy so I know how it would look if drive it. From the consumer point of view it may not look good.

I learned a long time ago that you can’t please everybody, and worry about yourself not what others think. Everybody is different and has different tastes, some people forget about that. I drive my rc’s how I want to drive them, I bought them not anybody else and if they don’t like it they can deal with it. I’ve looked at the element rc’s, but honestly for the price I don’t feel they’re worth it. Redcat has been my go to lately for crawlers or traxxas, but again everybody has different tastes.

Very impressive by element!! In two years they have jumped up there in my book. Of course every one has an opinion. I am and probably always will be a TRX 4 fan. 1- It's yours, you drive it how you want. 2- These type of trucks may be called "crawlers", but they are realistically more suited for trails with light to mild crawling without upgrading/mods. Either way, do what you do. I'll keep watching regardless.
Just drive as you feel comfortable. Who cares if you go slow or fast, as long as you are enjoying the rc experience, that's all that matters! Heck, I drive my crawlers through my yard like they are bashers, lol

If you're not doing it right, then I'm definitely doing it wrong, LOL. No way I could just drive at crawler specific speed all the time, I'd go crazy. Also, if these companies wanted their product to be driven literally to scale, they'd limit it to crawler specifications. They know that would neutralize half their customers, probably more. Does anyone think Traxxas had such a huge boom in there TRX4 lineup because people wanted to drive at spec speeds? Like all great things on the internet, someones always ready to try and throw a wrench in it. Keep it up Greg, love the content!
It's simple Greg.......if someone else is purchasing My RC's for Me, then I will drive however they want Me to when they are around to observe. Some random Joe that doesn't like My driving style and DO NOT contribute financially to My hobby can "POUND SAND"! I watch Your videos to learn about NEW RC's. I have a mix of driving styles, I like the careful well thought out driving style but sometimes it's fun driving like a bat out of hell every so often. And there's nothing wrong with that if it's your own rc your driving.
Also I love the look of those all terrain tires on that car

Hello Greg. If I may suggest something. Like doing a running video update on this Knightwalker with an aftermarket tire setup. 4.75 tires on this rig would run alot more awesome on the trails and rocks. ❤

Pretty sweet rig! I drive my crawlers slow and my bashers fast. The only thing I really noticed is that you have a kind of jumpy style of driving. It doesn't bother me though, because there are plenty of channels with "scale" driving. This is more to see 'what it is and what it can do' style of video, and that's just fine by me! Personally I like everything about this truck except the color 😆
I don't know what whoever made that comment about your driving not being scale is talking about. Even in the 1 to 1 world when I go out, you have two kinds of drivers. The one who goes slow and careful, then the one who goes balls to the walls everywhere 😂

I purchased the ECTO not to long ago and have had to replace both the ESC and sp130 radio system that came on the RTR so I'm curious as to how much of an improvement the fly sky system is?

Do they have inner fenders as an accessory/upgrade? No matter how great the body and scale details may be they all look like sh*t without inner fenders IMO. And 'scale' is important to me both in appearance and driving.
Right looks to basic. It stop me from buying it, not like the looks of it then wheel color definitely doesn’t go with that color body imo
I drive my RC the way I need to drive it to get past or over an obstacle. Most of the time I am out I am doing testing and I drive real slow and scale so I can make whatever it is I am testing do the work not my finger on the throttle. When I am out just to drive a vehicle on the trail I drive at walking speed and when I come to an obstacle I go slow till I need wheel speed then I give the whole enchilada.

New, naah.. sry its a great chassis, and sweet body, but very few upgrafes. Its almost there i think they only had to sell the body with parts beside the chassis.
I can’t stand people that feel the need to play gatekeeper and try and tell someone everything that is “wrong” with what they are doing. Get out there and do you and have fun. When you get down to it we are all out there playing with toys for crying out loud.

I really dislike scale rc anything. Scale to me means sacraficing performance, capability and fun.
I don't know. I have a scale truck with the VXL8S in it and it can kick up a roost 20 foot in the air. And do standing hops. It's up to the owner to make it sweet.
No inner fenders. No basic interior. 2 in 1 ESC is disappointing. For me Element RC always falls short. More realism is needed. About your driving, like you said it’s CZcams. Drive however it makes you happy 😊

That’s pretty rediculious you getting criticized for the way your driving an rc I rock crawl a real 97 4Runner sased on the rubicon trail and I’ll tell you even in 1/1 scale everyone drives different some creep and crawl some stop every 10 feet some break some drive fast I drive my 1/1 pretty slow to try and not bash it but when I crawl my rc I whisky throttle quite often and I push it to its limit both technical and leaping rocks to advance to my destination I’m sure your driving changes as well all the time like you said it’s about having fun driving 100% scale can get boring

Element vehicles are NOT worth what they cost. The bodies look so cheap and thin, they don't have wheel wells, they have no licensed bodies, no portals, no locking diffs, no 2 speed or trail turn or ANYTHING. They've been using the same tired old chassis for YEARS... They have NO business being this expensive. I thought Traxxas was bad with overcharging for their same tired old crap...
