That “hellcat” is a piece of farm equipment. It should have “wings” that fold straight out to both sides that are used to spray fields of crops. They would often tow a trailer with a big tank of pesticide or fertilizer. And as much as I want a rail buggy my pick from this video is the mercury comet.
