In this case , SC why not punish he was not obey the ED many times summons ,, I had a Doubt, these bail is allow to kejeriwal have a power inside the judiciary.. This bail may granted by Congress ..that means Appointing the Judges by at time of ruling Government .. so, Ex Gov power people recommended the bail... These are all possible only Politicians....
Why should it be a sad news for BJP ?. After all, it is a conditional bail and he has to surrender on 2.6.2024 again.The financial frauds he has done never go lost and they will chase him to out of boundary at any time after 2.6.2024.

Why only politicians respect. This is not solid reason to bail. Kejriwal is a criminal. Politician do anything and they get bail. Normal people not get. Now we understand judgment depends on position.

The Supreme Court has clearly said that ED has not been able to establish any kind of link to Kejriwal in this case. Plus it has put restrictions on him while giving bail.
