It only looks small because there is no applicator . The size of OB tampons are no different than other brands and of course go up according to absorbency - but they work quite well with no leaks - even for heavy bleeders

OB has them... They seem small but they work fine, i use them for lighter days. The box thru come in it small & because they don't have applicators you get more for the $$.
