I showed my 50 year old dad Mr. Nightmare about a month ago and at least once a week my dad will ask me if there is a new video from Mr. Nightmare. His content passes generations

Stalking laws seriously need to change, stalkers should be tagged and monitored 24/7. Especially as there seems to be a massive increase in the amount of creeps out there

He showed up uninvited 2 times total. That's not stalking. It took me showing up 14 times in 4 days to a girls house that I knew liked me but she wouldn't admit it before she got a restraining order against me.
I still show up and ding dong ditch her house all the time but she'll never find out.

That first story was infuriating with the police. There’s an episode of family guy where Joe (a cop) says “ . Police protocol. We can’t do anything about it until it’s too late” and that couldn’t be more true for that story

Unless the person actualy touches them in any manner,and then that's assault,they won't as they can be sued for wrongful arrest..also,it's a lot of paper work they don't want tbh.

Its so unfair when victims are the once who have to leave from hometown because of mental unstable figures in that same area, instead of making sure those monsters are observed of there mentallity or locked for the victims safety sake. I know its not easy, but still.

Text messages may seem harmless at first, however they can be genuinely sinister. It’s far more disturbing if you receive a text message but you have no clue who could’ve sent it to to you and what their purpose is for sending that message to you in the first place. Be careful out there. You’ll never know if that particular person has thoroughly good intentions in life or not.

Except the creepiest parts of some of these stories isn't that these texts came from unknown strangers - they knew the harrasers and stalkers. Feels more like an encouragement to not date - even though there's probably some good people to date out there, there's too much of a gamble to end up with someone hostile/violent and abusive.
Makes relationships seem like they carry too much risk to make it worth it... 0_0

Honestly I could never understand why in these stories the blinds and curtains are always opened at night, especially with their lights on. At night I don’t turn on my lights until my windows are covered. I’m too scared.

I moved back to the U.S. last year and remember getting a text message from some unknown number. I told the person they had the wrong person and then they started asking personal questions. I blocked that number and now make it a point not to answer any unknown numbers or respond to an unknown text regardless of the circumstances. Some other weird messages I received includes someone being lost in a mall, someone missing a flight, and several texts for other individuals.

Guys remember before you buy from established titles, remember it's intended as a gag gift and you don't acually buy a plot of land. You buy a souvineer plot of land. Therefore, you cannot acually change your name to have lord or lady in the beginning. My friend got arrested for identity fraud from buying from established titles and changing their name to have Lord in the beginning.

The first story showed that there's no way you can know someone through just texting. My wife and I met online too, and we were on video call for hours at a time, before we eventually met. From the lengthy video calls, we could hear how each other spoke and how each other behaved, to the finest of expressions.
Ofcourse there's no way to be 100 percent certain even by video calling the person, but atleast it lowers the chances of surprises
Disturbing backstories are very hard to imagine, but it adds so much context behind those encrypted text messages.
Mr Nightmare's still bringing in the scares post Halloween, the holiday maybe over, but the scares continue on.

The first story is terrifying. Any type of stalking story scares the hell out of me because I went on a first date when I was 19 the man lied to me about his age 3 times that night and I felt uncomfortable the whole time, he ended up showing up to my work every couple days and would just stand outside for hours watching me through the window. I didn’t think much of it until 2 years later when I moved states and exactly 2 weeks after moving in he moved into the same complex at me. I’ve never been so scared in my life. The police also did absolutely nothing to help me either, they basically just shrugged their shoulders and said let us know when he actually does something.. like following you to a different state isn’t enough. Ridiculous.

It is amazing how "forward" some men are. When I went on dates, I was paranoid to be "too" forward so I tried to be extra respectful and not give off vibes of being overly "aggressive." If there's a connection, you will feel it. It doesn't need to be forced.

All of these stories are frightening in their own way. The last two stories though we’re especially eye-opening and a little sad. I hope that the people that were stocking the ladies in the stories get the help they need. I know it’s easy to get mad and blame them, but those men are dealing with mental ailments that need to be resolved by therapy or other medical treatments. Even if the diagnosis in the third story is incorrect there are still some mental ailments going on there as well. I hope that everybody will stay safe

I’ve been listening to you for some years now and you never fail to deliver good and spooky stories.
This is so triggering. If you’ve been through something like this that gut wrenching fear and dread will always find it’s way back to you no matter how much time has gone by. I feel like I’ve gotten over it but random things like someone that looks like them, certain places or even random smells will bring me right back. Stalkers are the most terrifying things on earth. Fucking evil.
The last story where the stalker was diagnosed with schizoid PD, stalking behaviour is actually very common among people with schizoid PD. Many serial killers and mass murders have been diagnosed with schizoid PD - including Jeff Dahmer and Adam Lanza (Sandy Hook) - it's a personality disorder that tends to fly under the radar and is not very well known.

Jeff Dahmer showed BPD, Schizotypal, or Schizoaffective (which is different)
Adam Lanza showed Aspergers and 'a' personality disorder but not specified which if there was one
@@Tyrac235 Jeff Dahmer was specifically diagnosed with schizoid PD(among other things - BPD, schizotypal etc.), and Adam Lanza was never officially diagnosed though he exhibited a personality of an extreme schizoid (overlaps with Asperger's - though is on schizotypal spectrum). He was extremely withdrawn and only communicated with his mother via email even though they lived in the same house. Physically, he showed many schizoid attributes - underweight, intense stare, robotic voice, and awkward gait. He had his own philosophical YT channel, which is an activity many schizoids are attracted to (many writers have been schizoids). He also had many bizarre perversions and had vengeful fantasies. His father suspected he might even have schizophrenia (schizoid being a manifestation of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia).
Schizoid PD is associated with an increased risk for serial homicide (see study on Greek prisoners and video by Dr. Grande). Though important to add that even among schizoids, that behaviour is rare, and they include many talented individuals (Einstein, Dr. Hawking etc.).

I'm Schizoid and Schizotypal myself, and saying that we stalk people because of our disorder is honestly gross. in fairness, they purposely leave out the fact its a "souvenir" plot of land when they send them their ad-read to read to their viewers. But on the website it does mention it. (Souvenir plot of land meaning lighthearted gag)
@@sherryfelch750 either he's not aware it's a scam, or he is but doesn't want to get involved in this Established titles drama and is playing the waiting game. ( Waiting for the company to end up getting sued and having to apologize and then refund those who bought from them, at least that's what I keep telling myself )

Welp, I ended up getting a plot. Found out through HR at work that it isn't as official as it seems. I feel dumb for thinking that I could use the salutation legitimately, but I'm going to move on and learn. I'll just take it as a souvenir.
