wow man i remeber when i first watched this video 5 years ago, this is what got me into wow ure still my by far favorite mage of all time and reason why i played one way back in TBC when i was still playing. i still luv jst going back and watching ure vids even though i dont even play anymore, just brings back such memories.
Woah, crazy nostalgia. This video was the reason I started playing WoW and the reason I rolled a Mage back in the day. I just wanted to say thanks Oblivinati for giving me the best gaming experience of my life for the years that I played.

The interface mod you see with the pictures of targets and party/raid screens is from X-perl Unit Frames. The Cooldown timers and enemy cast bars and such are from Natur Enemy cast. The bars are from Bartender3 (awesome bar mod)

Seriously i almost was ready to start editing my video and i noticed that since i changed to frost i have the max camer zoom all the way out. with the low quality of youtube i dont know how good you guys will be able to see it. I love posting my vids up but it has to be so short on youtube :( maybe ill make a longer version for warcraft movies?

i thought it was good, watched all your vids, all have been great btw. One question for you, how do you feel about the frost nova nerf? Has it impacted your gameplay a sufficient amount for you to switch specs? How do you do in arena now?

If you go into your interface options there is a safety button you can deactivate so you can spam iceblock on and off.

@Oblivinati In one of your vids do you have a techno/trance instrument only song that has like violet or velvet in its name? I've been searching for the song forever, and I think I heard it on one of your vids but haven't found it yet.

Hmm what mods do you use? Im curious about the UI and cast mod (im hunting this freaking mods for about a while but iv only seen them on videos and i have no ide what are they called).
Natural enemy castbar shows cooldowns on the enemies cooldowns and on your pollymorph and such and is the one oblivinati uses. He also has bartender which is what he uses to change his user interface.

That trinket is the Icon of the Silver Crescent. And you get it from obtaining 41 badges of justice (1 badge per heroic boss kill)

Some of the huge crits in the beginning are due to Berserking or the warrior popping wrecklessness.
amazing. how high is your spell dmg. personally as a frost mage i can usually own warriors but not spell casters that much.

erm what program do you use to edit the vid?
its this revolutionary thing (about 6 months old) called the armory on Worldofwarcraft website if for somereason your computers internet is broken. He has mainly full glad including staff and the pvp belt.

iv been tested builds for the last week... just getting tired of the 40 in arcane. I tried 17 fire 44 frost, then 30 fire 31 frost right now im doing 40 fire 21 frost. They are all fun builds. i will most likely be going back to 17 arcane 44 frost though after the patch.

I am sorry, but I am having a really hard time figuring out what you are doing. Popping Icon + AP + PoM....then what spell? Fire Blast/Frostbolt? Where are those 3.5k crits coming from?
Arc, spell damage is based off of a cast time, being that ice lance is instant-cast, it receives minimal bonus for your +spell damage
Every time you cast a spell there comes a cool bar what is the name of that addon?

xpearl which is what makes the character pics move. Bartender which allows you to make larger create more create smaller or move your hotkey bars. Natural enemy castbar which shows enemy cooldowns polymorph timer DoT timers. Cyclosis(sp) is the thing that shows that little circle which you can put things you dont really need on a hotkey like totems or buffs things that take up space and dont need to be hotkeyed.
in the options Menu turn off Death effect and it stops the white glowy thing as for the wings. it was probably an item

It would be their choice to watch the video or not based off one scripture i put in there. It's more important to me that my beliefs are reflected in what i do, than what someone thinks about my video.
i have to say 5/5 on the video you are VERY good at the class though i want to see a vid with the newest patch with hypothermia or w/e, but GJ on the vid plz keep them up

what is the addon that shows the sheep timer?
this video was made like 2 months after TBC came out. That's why i don't get hypothermia. My 17/0/44 spec makes up for not being able to double iceblock though :p
