Same, I dominate every fucking game but I still only win about half the time. I can only score the broken finesse shots (not really my playstyle tho), tapins, and when the keeper gets a hand on it but it still goes in. I do everything well, I press I play quickly, I get in behind, get in between defenders, create all sorts of chances but I couldn't finish my fucking dinner. I had an xG of 6.1 and needed a last second winner to win 1-0, then today I had an xG of 8.6 and tied 3-3. Goalkeepers are fucking insane, and even though my keeper plays well too, the opponents keeper always seems to be superman, I always have to sweaty it even on 1-1s. For me it actually started at the end of Fifa 21, but now it's even worse.

Finishing has been ridiculously frustrating for me. I went like 7 games in a row where I had 3x the number of shots on target as my opponent yet they were all extremely close games with some loses….
@@sighfly2928 same, this year goalkeepers are so op, like almost the only way to score is finesse shot outside of the area
Defending is too easy, the amount of people that are good now wouldve got exposed at fifa 15..
played fifa22 for 2 days, the goalkeepers are killing me....

Great mix of content Boras. On this finishing..I'm still getting loads of shots on target and blocked/saved. Almost given up on the power shot, just using low/finesse. My team full of finesse shot trait guys! Cheers mate

Great tips Boras.Most of the tips you gave in this tuts are 100% right or working.
But the last option of waiting for a player to come near for a pass ,in 22' the players mostly don't come. I mostly miss a one on one chance anytime I try to wait for a player to come by.In 21' and other previous games it worked so well. Players will always follow up and dash well for the pass but not in 22'.It cost me while I was playing bet so I had to pause with that method unless it was so clear.But your other times are very effective and helpful.

i find that cutbacks work really well in bugging out defenders, the ball just goes threw them often. and also even if your defenders have 90 pace they still cant keep up with attackers when a cutback is about to happen.
Yeah I been doing that to because I guess the gk don’t save those as much sine they cut back is usually a volley
Unless they have high agility and you predict it yeah

Could you do tuttorial for movement (not skill moves) - it looks like you usually hold L2+R2 while moving with the ball. Receiving the ball, movement in open areas, using sprit etc. Casual stuff :)
So basically low driven shots and finesse shots are the best way to score and time finishing is important too

I have a weird question not sure if you came across this on the ps5, when using the L3 (directional) when only playing online if i push down on the L3 a black screen comes on and i do not know how to remove that. U can fix this a little bit if u move the goalkeeper to your goal line
Everytime when someone shoot from distance the goalkeeper is a lot distance from his goal line, this make the goalkeeper less balltime and his is hit by curve of finesse

CPU always scores top bins from anywhere it's so UNREALISTIC. Low driven shots however is way more realistic, cah in real life most players perform a low driven shot.
Those low driven shots look ridiculous honestly, how are they going in ? also long range finesse.

What kind of headset do you have?
I find L2 power shot is quite helpful to beat keeper in the situation of tight angle.

@@trustmind3op yes and no. it depends. I think still shots only appear under certain situations and easy to appear if shooter has 5 star skill move. most of the time you will find it is just more powerful and easier to beat tge keeper.

Don't worry you don't need to go practice timed finesse or new ways of shooting. People will complain because they can't get the hang of it. In a month or two it will be patched to death goalies will suck, pace will be all it takes and we will have the same boring Fifa we get every year.

That's a shot cancel, do a shot and then cancel it.

Is the long range finesse only OP in next gen? I play current gen and even when I green time it keeper saves it more than I score it.
Same here man, it's like playing against a shaolin soccer gk. Perhaps need to practice more.
Check if you're using players with the finesse shot trait, I have a feeling that might be making the difference.

We need to reach out to FIFA, they need to take this feature off and time finishing as well. Seems very unrealistic scoring from long distance especially when added with time finishing even though in real life we rarely see such goals happen.
