  • Adding a dual rear tire adaptor might be exactly what you need for towing/hauling better.

    Bowl in, bowl out, I’m comfortable being treated like an idiot cause I’m no engineer but I seen a train twice. Haha, great video.

    I've had the Arrowcraft kit on my 95 F350 since 2005, got the aluminum wheel upgrade, it's been good to me. My 97 F350 is a true cab/chassis dually, and when I decided to build it, lift, coils up front(not the superduty swap), it was a pain in the ass because of the dually rear springs. In hindsight, I would build the dually pickup before I ever did a factory cab chassis. Awesome vid btw

    Arrowcraft has a kit that comes with spacers for the front wheels as well. Why did you go for just the rear wheels?

    I’m just starting to watch the video but this is the option I believe I want to go with. I looked for a drw for a while and couldn’t find a low mile clean one for a reasonable price. Ended up with an 03 350 srw with 129k miles on it for 16.8k and wanting to put a flatbed on it.

      There's an 06 6.0 manual 4x4 cc flatbed drw w/190k miles for sale near me 14500 obo shocked at that price even more shocked at what you paid for srw. What brand did you buy?

    • @josephoverstreet5584
      @josephoverstreet5584 Před rokem

      I haven’t bought a flatbed yet but probably going with norstar locally.
      Where did you get the arrowcraft spacers? Their actual website blows and I sent a message on there inquiring but no response

    I stead of doing all that go buy an equalizer bar set and a sway bar that attaches to the hitch and the trailer your towing. It keep all the movement from your trailer happening.

    • @UnderTenReviews
      @UnderTenReviews  Před rokem +1

      That’s true if your talking about a lighter weight camper TRAILER. But that does zero to increase the payload and stability of your TRUCK itself without a trailer.

    • @scottrichards2044
      @scottrichards2044 Před rokem

      @@UnderTenReviews your right to a point. Most the time if your towing something bigger it's a gooseneck witch has more stability on both the trailer and truck.

    • @UnderTenReviews
      @UnderTenReviews  Před rokem +1

      @@scottrichards2044 do you even understand payload? Do you understand trailer tongue weight? Do you understand how (4) tires can haul/tow more vs (2) tires?
      Maybe you should take your own advice and put anti sway bars on a gooseneck 🤣

    • @NonTypicalRacing
      @NonTypicalRacing Před 7 měsíci

      @UnderTenReviews everybody understands sidewall load ratings...well....just multiplying those sidewalls in double sounds good doesn't it? 4 tires' sidewalls are stronger than same sidewalls but only 2 tires worth of them...riiiiight? Sound it out, Lol.
