@@thespecialist786 got my safe open following your video....i have tried a good few times over the past few days but no joy...your video explained exactly how it works....went to the safe droped it on the bed and it opened first time....batteries where corrodied so i changed them and still use my old code. very happy bunnie here cos i thought id have to break it open and buy a new one...thanks again Sir

Nice one, the safe has to be wall mounted with dead bolts to be safe. A loose safe can be carried away. This safe is a toy. I am sure you will not put your millions in it.

I've seen that method in lots of videos that just get straight to the point. I'm sorry, but I'm just telling you how I felt, it was rather boring too. Maybe next video this advice could be helpful to you! If you're public you have to take the criticism too. Sorry.

Or just reach through one of the back mounting holes with a long screwdriver to hit the reset button and create a new combo.

Thank you for your comments, Battery in the door compartment. To reset the PiN you need to press the red button inside on the safe.

All very well if its Not attached to it the wall or floor, if it is bang on the side of the door above the dial twice fast and it'll open

Nope, you have to reset the code using the user guide.
