Yeah right. It's only an unimportant trophy when you lose it, but when you win it, everyone's happy about it.
None of them are. Apart from premier league and champions league.
All waffle from this channel. Just to talk is all they say. Constantly change their opinions on everything
You can want to win it while it still being unimportant. I always want City to win but I don't really care if they lose this. I'd care if they didn't win the league. Don't care about the CL but I'd like them to win it.
This is a good way to put it. It's half-important
True
It's funny how the players who needs to be moved on to fund new signings are all of a sudden injured 😂
You cant sell injured players at the same price as intended
😂 Let them be injured but next summer they are gone.
@@onkarabileemmanueldikale9826 by which time Tenhag could be sacked. I just wish ineos do their job and get rid of the deadwood
Every single season 😴
It’s sickening. People don’t realise we will not be able to play the way we need to and compete till these deadbeat players are gone
Its time to move on from Luke Shaw he is not reliable
the greatest ability is availability. bill belichick said that
How did he get injured again after just playing the Euro final in all these months ?
@@RRP1992 glass breaks
We can't count on Shaw being on the Manchester United roaster. We need a reliable left back
How did Luke Shaw get injured again after just playing the Euro final in all these months ? 1 football match in so many months and hes mysteriously injured again ?
hes broke his bone completely before, give the lad a break
@@abubakarsadiqmustafa8556 recovered and played great in the final showing no signs of fatigue or discomfort. Why all of a sudden injured again. And wasn't he on a break without training as he was part of the Euro (even if just played the final)
@@abubakarsadiqmustafa8556u must be Luke Shaw on his alt account defending him on every comment
Not like he is really injured just d coach trying to save for the upcoming season,Luke can play this match and b gone for like a month or two so it better his left out to focus more on the opening day of the season.
The coach didn't say he's injured, he's only be cautious on his fitness. He resume training 4 days ago
What do you expect throw him in
I am a City fan and i understand Ian said. They've been back from playing not At Manchester Training. Top athletes dont stop Training.
Debruyn, Akanji, Dias, Doku and Bernado have been back for just five (5) days, and NOT a couple of weeks.
It does have meaning. I would say it is about a big a trophy as the carabao cup.
They keep praying for Guardiola to leave. He has already made it very clear that he is highly likely to sign a new contract. There is no uncertainty as this panel are desperate to imply. I cant see Guimares leaving Newcastle.
Not that bordered about result by playing evans as centerback,I am hoping no new injuries will be made from this game.
BOTHERED *🤦🏿♂️ YOU'RE PROPBABLY A GROWN MAN AS WELL.
It’s the Community Shield
Not the UCL final
This game has absolutely no meaning
For pride
@@Nakedwittypod pride of Nobody cares
Don't be scared already
Not like United would play champions league anytime 😂😂. This is the best they can do, United fans should think of this as champions league fina and enjoy
Getting hammered by 🤖
@Joswag your absolutely wrong... your just born in the wrong generation. to understand what the charity shield, represents.
When did the Charity Shield become a trophy?
since Man utd have been winning it and the fans celebrated and added it to their cabinet
Since United can lose it and they can mock
As long as man utd gets thru without injuries, idgaf about this game
Don't get 6-0
@@nicklordx9280who cares
@@nicklordx9280exactly
Manure United.
You will be concerned 😟 😂😅
Bruh.....KDB and some of the more senior players only got back this week 😂. Man says 2 weeks😂😂😂 At least do some journism and investigate properly first to get the proper facts.
I don’t know why these ESPN pundits hate Manchester United
Most of them were playing during Manchester United's peak era.
They want erik to lose his job
Who still remembers Malacia anyway 😂😂😂
Shaw is injured again? He’s barely played.
Yeah but ready for the call for England on drop off a hat very strange
Not injured his fitness level is not on others level, he resume training 4 days ago
What do you expect
The Community Shield is a glorified friendly, nothing more. City’s match against Chelsea and United’s match against Fulham the following weekend to start the Premier League season are the matches that really matter. This is just a friendly, nothing more.
Go ahead and plant those excuses ahead of time for the incoming Loss lmfao🖕 🤣 🖕
😂😂 you're gonna have a long season
If United wins, you are back here signing glory glory to united 😂
@@nicklordx9280 United will have a long season between 38 Premier League matches, Carabao Cup, FA Cup, and Europa League matches.
I’m not a Man United fan, but I do know and respect the club’s history, Man United are a big club and they have to act, think and deliver as such. Glorified friendly or not, against their City rivals, Man United is obligated to WIN.
You see a friendly USA tour match like El Clásico and you’ll see Real Madrid and Barcelona going at it like if it was a UCL final…that’s the attitude of big clubs.
Man United and also Man City are obligated to win the community shield, with their starter players or not, they have to win, no other option.
The dream for United is to sell Wan Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, and Shaw while bringing in Mazraoui, De Ligt, Ugarte, and Hermoso. Make it happen!
10:38 "It wouldn't surprise me if it is a draw...an entertaining draw..it goes to the penalty kicks....": Ian Darke- The man who saw the future.😊💯👍
The Fa cup winner plays the league winner which is also a derby match and could be a revenge match city for literally lose the final to man utd most of the top players are either injured or wouldn’t be back yet from the euros so this is already not their best team regardless of what you think of the title this will show when the chips are down who you can count on or even say set the tempo for the league matches around the corner it will be interesting to see
Shaka being ignorant here. Carabao Cup is less prestigious than the EPL or FA Cup but it's still important and not easy to win. I could bet my bottom money that Shaka would be delighted if his West Ham won it one day. To say the Community Shield one off, pre-season game is "just below" a proper cup competition like Carabao Cup is ridiculous and very ignorant.
Of course it's important. Maybe not to win, but to play well and show that there's a bit of enthusiasm and vibrancy for the season ahead. It would be one thing to not win, it would be horrendous to get overrun, especially at Wembley.
It's also the last chance you have to learn things about your squad before the first game of the season.
that's dumb, they already have half their squad - and are yet to make their last signings. it only matters to emotional smooth brains like you.
All must aim for a good start
Ian Darke saying City players have been back for 2 weeks training shows how clueless he is. KDB, Akanji, Bernardo, Ruben, Ake came back to training a couple of days ago. And the likes of Foden, Stones, Walker and Rodri are still on holiday.
Red media city agenda
The guy is absolutely clueless.
He didn't say back at Manchester
Back from the Euros. Im a City fan but i got a different message from what he said. Dont get the fuss
They'll be back by next week. For community shield against united they have a decent squad to compete with ten hag 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂....Follow our new channel that will be posting soccer updates as the season kick-starts.
Meanwhile a teaser of our fpl code in the description
Luke shaw is not injured , he just not match fit for now ... that doesn't he might not feature at the dying moment
Why should Pep leave?
While this game is not critical to either team, as it is a Manchester Derby, both teams will want to win it. But Pep has won the lot so it is no bother to him, and Erik is more focused on the start of the league the following Friday. So it will be a fun watch but really does not matter who wins. As a fan I want our team to win. But if we lose I would not be upset. Come of United.
Stevie at least he's not on the panel he would have said some weird thing
He never called it a friendly
We've lost the last Community Shields and won the League everytime
This is very important for United as we need to start of very strong…..
If we United can escape without an injury; I will be happy. Even with a 10-0 😂😂😂😂
This should be all united fans feeling.
Honestly
Don't care about shield. Won enough of it
Bring the old guy more often
Lazy journalism
KDB JUST RETURNED TO TRAINING THIS WEEK
Funny 🤣 how players easily injured and long absence but come any final then ready😮 for action ask Luke Shaw😢
Surprise surprise.. ESPN FC already making excuses for City and piling pressure on United to win it.
If United can beat Manchester city twice in a row it's a confidence boost.
This won’t end well
so it this gonna be another season of 13 players injured all year !???
Ian Darke predicted it
Why Man Utd always have a left back issue
It is usually right back, left field has been problematic after it was christened to Luke Shaw otherwise Manchester United had Williams, Malacia and now Harry Amass for the taking.
Cause shaw is a snake
Our fav all time KAYYYY 🔥🔥🔥
we need it so we can make it 22-6 in favour of united for community shields and show everyone who the big boys in manchester are
Who extended Luke Shaw's contract? He's a good player no doubt but a player who's always injured even before contract extension and yet you still extended instead of going into the market for a good reliable left back
Especially considering the huge amount of money he’s getting paid
calm down. what about the players not injured and are still playing bad... luke is a good playeru
@@abubakarsadiqmustafa8556for two games a season
Unfortunately Citeh will win comfortable we don't look ready. Fulham game for important
I call bs on most of these injuries
Ian is a true Englishman and then we have Dan Thomas😂
If you listened to ESPN for the last few days one would think Julian Alvarez was the reason City won so many trophies. He is not even a starter. Having a lot of minutes and being a starter are two very different things.
stop crying . he contributed in winning the cups. Those having mercenaries in their team would not understand what team play is. Alvarez helped KDB and haaland were injured.
Easy prediction 2-2 it will be like a friendly game🤷♂️
Someone has to win it mate
1-2man u to win it .🎉
Since it’s friendly and have no value to any MU fans, let’s hope City wins 9-0. It doesn’t mean anything, does it?
They domt mean that, they want to see how their team is going to perform (they hope it will be a good performance nothing more)
😢😢😢 no
Man City don't feel serious this season. Feels like a victory lap season to celebrate the last 7 years
Why isnt man utd signing a left Back a mong many players they need to replace with all these injuries.
Why are utd players always injured
This match is only important to Man U. City are 2 weeks behind United in this preseason. It only matters to United !!!
bruno for rodri?
Let's not look 4 sympathy even if full squad he was gonna be hammered

Honestly no one cares about this game. You win? Yey good. You lose? Well, anyway
If it's a chance to win a trophy then it should make players give it their all even it's the least important trophy fans pay to go watch games to see their team win tittles and fight with pride so lots of people care even if you don't.
City will lose it so that they can win 5th title in a raw.they know this cup is cursed
Its just a "friendly" now, still a cup I thought Ian, you picking man u top 3 again this year?
in truth nobody cares. It's an important friendly
It means nothing
I a Utd fan and ffs 🤦♂️ this prob all we might win this season but still. It means nothing
Ik it's a glorified friendly but Pep won't have Ten Hag beat him twice at Wembly
Like he allowed ten hag beat him the first time 😏
As long as ManU loses less than 7/0
Thinks will look totally normal 🤷♀️
Did Liverpool win that last season an klopp is an unbelievable coach isn’t he 😂
No, Arsenal won it last year. Liverpool won it the year before.
At least the stevie nonsense is not here..I think united had more players away for international duty that are starting for the team than city but they did not mention that..otherwise much better analysis guys
Just lost 11 minutes and 9 seconds of my life 😂😂
City to thrash Utd this one easily
Just like the FA Cup.......
I am united fan but it is not easy
whos thr guy in the blue suit and why dont i like his opinions
Pep will let Ten Haag win to ensure he stays employed for another year 😂
Hilarious 😹 🤦♂️ awhh you a kid aren’t ye ?? Thinking that funny ye got to be
Yeah he did the same for the FA cup final also huh. What a delusional person you are buddy
How did Don Hutchinson not know that City have had many players back. He kept hammering on City missing 7-8 players. Come on man.
What he doesn't know is United also has 7-8 first team players who has not featured in pre season games and no training with managers.
@@anandchaudhary1675 A lot of the top teams that were on tour didn't have their best players.
@delby66 I know that. But my problem is these guy mentions these facts about Arsenal or city but deliberately ignore about United
Pep will leave before the controversy impacts his carefully crafted image. His next career will be in politics
Luke Shaw is a pretender, he played for England but can't play for United
What’s rubbish is don talking about I mean even United didn’t have Bruno , Dalot , Garnacho , Licha , Mainoo , Shaw these didn’t go to the USA so they’re also lacking match sharpness
Another 🏆 the 🐐 coach.
I hate Shaw 😡 he onl prioritizes england only
GGMU🎉
All these bums like maguire, linfelof, Awb, mctominay want to stay because of their high wages! As long as they are here nothing changes in this club
What’s funny is all the useless players are hurt and I’m happy with that . If u continue to sign lemons this is what you’re gonna get
Banter United 2024 let's go!
Useless Craig is community shield a trophy.
United doesn't need wins they need a medieval miracle
who cares it is merely a friendly we all know that really🤣 at least it is the fa cup winners vs the the prem winners this year not runners up vs prem winners anyway🤣
Mr trophy 😂
City will win
people downplaying this cup's importance to win it. Have people forgotten how much city was ridiculed for this worthless cup last year when they lost it. Every chance city gets to stomp on United they should take it. btw city remembers how they lost FA cup final so I think they should won this cup this year.
Utd fans already making excuses
When city win its gonna be nothing when man utd lose they gonna make it a big problem
Only if they get embarrassed
This is talking and pretending that another team will win different from city, in the end they are gonna be champions again
If United win, it’s the biggest trophy in the world.
If United lose, it’s a friendly.
A billion in debt, begging the city to pay for a new stadium, not won a Prem in a decade, laughing stock of a club 😂
Shame on these players for faking their injuries. Bunch of disgraceful over paid good for for nothing.
