I’m a dental hygienist and will recommend the Sonicare electric toothbrush over all brushes on the market! Please no one should use charcoal toothpaste! It removes enamel and over time you will need veneers ( and several veneers over time-they don’t last forever!). Preserve your beautiful teeth and they will last forever!😊
Another great video. As a retired dental professional, we always recommended only using the charcoal toothpaste once a week. Prolonged use does wear away your enamel and can cause sensitivity.

I've heard that from my dentist he said use it maybe once a week. I use hello but now I use it once every 2 weeks. I love all Kenra products it's one product that the hair spray doesn't irritate my eyes . I use makeup erasers and found some at my Marshall's for $3!!

hi Shea first of all love your videos!! as an endodontist i just want to advice you that flouride is needed in toothpaste to avoid cavities, to strengthen the enamel and more, it’s not bad for you in the amount that is needed in tooth paste, also the charcoal toothpastes are very abrasive on your teeth. and of couse I would love to hear all of your dental history haha 🙈

However, flouride is terrible for our thyroid!!! I haven't used a toothpaste with flouride in about 12 years - zero cavities!

Just FYI, the tricks to getting lots of foam in your steamed milk are 1. use really really cold milk or half and half, and 2. keep the nozzle near the top at first then plunge as it gets frothy. :) :D

Yes. A study in the 70’s found it isn’t brushing that prevents cavities, it’s fluoride. Groups of kids using fluoride and non Fluoride tooth pastes. The non fluoride kids had 60% more cavities than the fluoride kids.

I have the Breville espresso machine also. Paid a little over $400 probably 5 years ago. The heating element went out a few weeks ago. Googled a new machine a couldn’t believe how much they cost now. I purchased the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer. I originally got the one you have. It's HUGE! I exchanged it for the next size down. It's still quite large. I won't give it up, though. I purchased this to get us through a kitchen remodel. The verdict is still out in whether it'll stay out on my countertop when all said and done. Well worth the purchase!
The sponge things are neat, I have tried something like it a few years ago. Last year I made washable ones out of a flannel shirt and they also work really well.

I have used the "wet" brush for years and it's the ONLLYY brush I use !!!! I can't recommend it ENOUGH
Fluoride is very good for teeth and before it was added cavities were much more common even with people who looked after their diet and hygiene. Charcoal damages enamel. Sorry but was told by a dentist.
Fluoride is horrible for your teeth. Hydroxyapatite is actually what's good for your teeth. Found in Boka toothpaste and also a different one i can't remember the name of at the moment. Also supplementing with vitamin K-27
I love my Breville Air Fryer! Like Shea said, it does so much. It's even a convection oven. You can bake potatoes or cookies in the summer and it won't heat up your house! You can even use it as a toaster. Thirteen different settings! 💖

I recently bought the cloth facial wipes on Amazon. I can't believe how much makeup comes off with just water. And yes incredibly soft! Great Video!

I have that exact same Breville oven/air fryer and after using it for 9 months I agree I cannot live without it! It does all the amazing things you said but I am always shocked at how FAST it heats up! It will preheat 3-4x faster than my oven which is a huge timesaver for me when making meals in a pinch!

I bought that mirrored clock for my son he likes it! It can also dim automatically at night so it’s not too bright for the eyes. It’s super affordable too I looked around in several stores before buying this one and they were all double the price.

Our oven broke down at the same time as our toaster oven. We bought the Breville to replace it and didn't get a new oven for 7 years. That thing is a work horse. You can even proof dough in it.

I would actually love to hear more about the root canal and teeth issues. I have a couple of teeth that are on the brink of needing to have a root canal or be pulled, etc. Such a hard decision because I've heard bad things about root canal teeth getting reinfected and causing bacteria to go through the bloodstream. Would love to know your thoughts!

You influence a lot of people. For their safety please stop giving advice that goes against scientific, evidenced based practice. You are an influencer not a medical professional. Don’t tell people that fluoride is bad for their teeth when you don’t work in the field. It’s borderline dangerous. You seem like a genuine person, but please stay in your lane and leave medical advice to medical professionals who have spent many years in school actually studying those things
Fluoride in toothpaste and mouthwash can actually help remineralize weakened areas of the teeth . Use it daily! I’ve been a dental hygienist for 40 years and have actually seen it help across the board .
She is on the anti-everything train. There is nothing you can say that will change her mind. She says in her videos that she makes these decisions for her and her family and the rest of you can do whatever you want.

There can be five studies and five doctors who say X is bad for you, but there could be 500 studies and 500 doctors that debunk them and they choose to believe the five always.

❤❤❤Hi Shea, I used to be obsessed with Schmidt’s deodorant, too, for a couple of years. But then I discovered even better product that doesn’t contain baking soda. It’s Rio Deo by Sol de Janeiro. The yellow packaging by Brazilian brand. Salted caramel and pistachio is my favorite. You have to use it for two weeks straight consistently in order to see the results. It’s delicious! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😁👌🏻
My dental hygienist told me charcoal toothpaste is bad for your teeth. It makes microscopic scratches in your enamel and over time makes it harder to clean and keep white.
I purchased the trays in #5 about 6 months ago when I moved into my new house. Absolutely love them!

Whitney, you mentioned Schmidt’s deodorant and that you liked the consistency, but you did not expound. I want to give it a try, what is the consistency like? I’ve tried a few different brands and one was so dry and hard that it was unusable, another was a clear liquid that you spray to apply and it drips and takes “forever” to dry 😮
