A classic of every sabaton live is to scream we are sabaton and this is ghost division and then the best 2 hours of your life
Same concert: Uprising and 40:1. They do something in 40:1 that you’ve NEVER SEEN at a concert guaranteed. As a Polish-American, I LOVED IT.
Sabaton must really love having this song as an opener, because as far as I know they still use it, 11 years later. Or maybe Joakim just love opening the show with the lines

Pär said during a sabaton history video that they use it as an opener since it is easy to play for them and especially on festivals where they cant do long tuning checks and stuff they use it as opener since they don't need to hear each other perfectly for playing the song and they can adjust the tuning for the next songs but they still seem to have a lot of fun performing it too though :D
I don't know if you know this but what separates Sabaton from other big bands tuning around the world is that Sabaton is like a company and does everything themselves. So no outsiders that cost a lot of money.
Sabaton has 100 employees, 6 long haulers who dismantle the instruments and stage equipment, Man has a number of buses that transport the band and the stage builders. They handle all sales of Sabaton gadgets and records themselves. They book the places they will play themselves, as well as book hotel rooms themselves, they also manage the ticket sales themselves. This means that ticket prices are lower. When they did gigs around Sweden, a ticket cost around 57 dollars, exclusive tickets where you got to meet the band before the gig paid 10 dollars more. The band does not drink any alcohol during the tune-ups, but they take and drink tea. There are no alcohol sales at their gigs.

this festival is indeed called woodstock after the famous festival and is a free festival for volunteers of a charity event which takes place over the whole country of poland in the beginning of january and has to do with music. I have been several times around the big end day in poland when it's celebrated in all churches and with local music events and did my donations as well. and this festival is simply a thank you to all those volunteers and there are about half a million people.

And there is the power of music. 🤘🤘A huge crowd in Poland singing along to a song about a WW II German tank division. I want to say 550k in the crowd. Yes, this performance is from 2012, before Hannes and Tommy joined in 2014 and 2016. Here you see Thobbe Englund on guitar and Robban Back on drums, along with Joakim, Par, and Chris.
Uprising and 40:1 ,also performed at this show, are awesome too.
Take into account that this is a huge crowd in Poland going crazy over a song about Nazi Germany invading France.
🇫🇮❤This is a story of the 7th Panzer Division, that was an armored formation of the German Army in World War II. It participated in the Battle of France, the invasion of the Soviet Union, the occupation of Vichy France, and on the Eastern Front until the end of the that war. This was one of the songs they performed at the Polish Woodstock Festival in 2012 where over half a million fans watched this outstanding SABATON concert.

Watching Ghost Division live was all it took to make Sabaton one of my favorite bands.
