Kim, I know I've said this before but there are so many of us here that just love you. I am a mom of 5 also I had a set of twins and 3 singles. I am in my mid 40s and they are all grown up and moved out and I am seriously struggling to find my worth. I am so appreciative of you and your content and I honestly don't know how you do it all. I've tried this CZcams thing and realized I'm way too unbalanced emotionally to be able to pull off 2 weeks in a row. Lol. I was trying to clean my bathroom and I got so irritated it ruined my whole video😂. You are the lady across the room for me. I want to be you when I grow up. Also, I'm way overweight and I wear a swimsuit to the pool and beach because it doesn't matter what my body size is. I made 5 humans just like you and we deserve to enjoy our lives no matter what the shell we live in looks like. Please Kim, give yourself more grace. You are such an amazing person. ❤

I needed that last conversation while you were folding laundry. I'm 6 months pregnant with my first and we're going to the beach when I'll be 31 weeks. I've always been overweight and so now it looks even more that way and I keep getting in my head about it. I just need to keep reminding myself that I'm growing our little boy and I'll look that way and I can always work towards changing it after he is born. It didn't help that I gained 80 pounds while in a wheelchair for almost 2 years and then got pregnant only a couple months after life altering surgery that helped me walk again. Life is crazy and beautiful and we all just need to remember that. Thank you!

My grandmother died when I was seven and my sister was ten. She had a whole cabinet of spices. My uncle lived with her, but he never used more than salt and pepper. To keep us occupied, he would give us a bowl and allow us to "make potions" with her spice cabinet. I have fond memories of that, playing in my grandma's kitchen with my sister.

I have a super easy Hawaiian pulled pork recipe to share! It’s like three ingredients but people rave about it whenever I make it. Disclosure this wasn’t my creation and I found it when I was looking for Hawaiian themed recipes for a luau. I wanted something close to Kalua pulled pork which is normally cooked in banana leaves, I came across this hack short recipe. They call for pork butt, but you could probably do it with other types of work I would just add a touch of cooking oil. So basically you put your pork into your slow cooker, add a little salt, then you take a whole banana and you poke a few holes in it with a knife but don’t peel it. Then you give it a couple of good shakes of hickory liquid smoke. (Don’t go too heavy with the liquid smoke, you can always add more later but it tastes weird if you used to much). Then cook on low until pork is falling apart and starting to shred. The banana will turn black and get very soft and mushy and should be discarded. But the pork has an amazing tropical yet smoky flavor! And it’s so easy! I love that coleslaw recipe too I’m definitely gonna try it because it would go great with the pork! 😊

HAPPY SATURDAY AND BEACH DAY VIDEO; Kim and family! Yes, here in the Burgh it is Raining and the temp is chilly/cold still; but, more cold weather coming in a few days. My husband loves the Snow so right now he is still loving the cold. I was born in the Summer and I love the summer. Kim, Golly Gee you can cook; love your recipes. STTB.

ETA: I think the e cloths can be cleaned by boiling them in water. I put mine through the was with my other cleaning rags and towels, but every once in a while, I boil them to get all the detergent and softener out of them.

I have two computer screens at work, so I watch you on one while I work on the other. The end of this one made me break down in tears at my desk, because I have been struggling lately. When you said think of something good about yourself I had nothing. You started saying all those positive things and I lost it. Good morning! Those wellness wraps are better, even when meal prepping, if you give them a little crisp. I put mine over the flame of my gas stove, but you can put them in a pan. It improves the texture so much.

Good morning Kim!! Quick tip on the ginger! I use the edge of a spoon to scrape/peel the skin and then grate it. I just go ahead and do the whole piece and save the rest for another recipe

We live in Bradenton and go to the beach 4 mornings a week with our neighbors. We go to the picnic area on Coquina Beach and have a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Then we head out to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy all of the sea life. I think this is our 284th day going to the beach 🌴🌞🌴🌞🌴🌞🌴 Life is good and we are living the dream!!!

I wash my ecloths every 2 weeks with a touch like a teaspoon of publix unscented laundry detergent on hot alllll by themselves. I have the ecloth mop too and OH MY HECK it's amazing!! Like soooo good even my 15 year old makes the floors look perfect lol

Everything looks so good kim!!! I live in northern IL and I’m so jealous of that beautiful weather. I think we all have those negative body thoughts because of unrealistic body images that are out there. Celebrities have personal chefs and trainers that help them bounce back, and when they do those images are all over. As a mom to little girls I try and not speak about anyone’s body because they don’t need to be comparing themselves. We focus on health and moving our bodies to make sure they are taken care of instead.

Oofff. The talk at the end choked me up. Your thoughts on how your kids will remember you are so true. My mom recently passed unexpectedly and while my siblings and I were putting together picture boards for her viewing it was crazy to see how she has aged over the years and to us she still looked a certain way. At low times in her life where she wasn’t the best version of herself, pictures of her said differently. We are so hard on ourselves for having a little extra weight in our midsection all from having babies. Yet our kids and husbands certainly do not care
