Honey I've got to ask I've been dancing for twelve years I was in gymnastics at a young age and have been doing yoga for a long time too I've been at the gym for years now too while my balance has gotten better from all this I can't turn a back or front flip handstand or a turn with my leg out I don't like to be able to improve on a lot of this and was wondering if you happen to know of anything that could be able to help me
