Bob Menery has put a dent in the integrity of the brand Happy Dad as well as the Nelk boys podcast. We have noticed for a while some sort of resentment from him. Now we really are dad so we don’t know all of the personal information about you young man but we’ve run companies and it’s not hard to spot The troublemaker and I don’t mean the fun kind of troublemaker I mean the kind that you end up in court with.He doesn’t keep his personal resentment off the air No matter how subtle.And he’s just not flying straight with the rest of you. Steiny has come in and done a fantastic job. Kyle will always be a squared away solid guy. You have Suga as a friend of the show, Dana White’s as a great friend and mentor, you guys can make it without Bob. I am 41yrs and we are having a Happy Party at 3 PM today after our boys are playing in the six and seven year old peewee championship football game. It’s all fun we love Happy Dad, we are going to put on the merch, our wives and girlfriends also we’re very excited to wear happy dad shirts and hats,if we had more time we were considering making happy mom shirts but we stick by the brand. Don’t let a fox in the hen house love you guys very proud of you as a 41 year old man building homes during the week listening to The Nelk boys After a good meeting.. we didn’t have time to get a shirt made but we were going to have a shirt that said happy moms are, with a stamp by the waist that said making happy dads since 2020. What did bob do
I actually like Kyle and thought Bob should not have acted on his emotions like that, but Bob getting that upset over the matter is telling. Regardless of how sweet his deal likely was, it's pretty unethical to make false promises to someone. Bob definitely let his ego get the best of him, but Kyle also needs to take some sort of accountability for misleading him. Kyle should have set expectations early on and none of this would have happened. I'm sure Bob still would have done the deal without any false pretenses. Lastly, Kyle posted the names of the guests that Bob got verses the entire full send team. Comparing Bob to a whole group of people under who are also under the full send brand name was a bad look for Kyle's argument. If anything it confirmed that Bob was pulling his weight and did a lot for the company. That being said, if Bob pulled a stunt like that at any other company he would likely be terminated instantly. I'm sure both Bob and Kyle will learn a valuable lesson from this experience, and hopefully the Nelk/full send brand will consider ethics as they continue to grow
