  • Food addiction is the most common downfall for anyone who struggles to get in better shape and lose weight. Addiction to food is real. It often takes over control of your brain and body and you end up eating things that you regret later. I've dealt with this myself and have helped countless clients overcome it.     Thomas you’re my mentor, you’re the best coach. I had no illness but you have transformed my life. Sport and green smoothies give me so much energy. At 56 years old, I feel in my twenties.

    hey thats really worthwhile knowing - that you can use exercise and happy stuff to fade out food addiction. Of course, if you are unhappy, food is the one thing that gives you comfort and pleasure and is immediately available at little cost. I wonder if your strategy can work for me. I'm very overweight so doubtful if I can get in the required exercise to tackle the food addiction. Build up I guess.

What is your both take On Fasting, intermittent fasting, Autophagy which is a Nobel prize topic. I have read Fasting does enhance neuro genesis. Really excited to hear from.you.
