Is this authentic recipe..I want to try..I tried one recipe of roath today but that turned very hard and sugary..in that I used two cups of sugar to two cups of maida

Generally roath are a type of dry cake. You won't find it very moist as in oven it tends to dry. But this recipe is from an authentic source who have been making roath over years and after several trials at home I have shared the recipe. All you need to follow is exact measurement and hopefully it will turn out great for you.
