A thing that really annoys me is when people rip open packing when one has already been opened. I see it time and time again in the centre isle.

Always good value stuff ideal for the more casual DIY'er. Only issue I have is that the 12v batteries are never in stock despite the tools being available. The 12v hedge cutter is great.

They have batteries and chargers in at the moment, you just have to ask for them at the till
