Sir enaku oru doubt...template strand Direction 3 prime to 5 prime nu sonninga...then next complementary strand new strand dna replication strand vanthy 5 prime to 3 prime nu solringa
Sir I have doubt that The scientist Edwin chargaff he said that Sum of the all the nucleotide is constant and equals to one You said that he proposed A bond with T ,G bond with C Is he said this also???
The enzyme DNA helicase breaks the hydrogen bonds between the bases in aspecific region of the DNA molecule. ...RNA polymerase unwinds/"unzips" theDNA by breaking the hydrogen bondsbetween complementary nucleotides.
What is the directionality of helicase...!? Does the working direction of helicase differ between eukaryotes and prokaryotes.. If so, why..!? Do all the helicase enzymes bind only to one strand..!?
In most present models for helicase action, thehelicase is depicted as moving along one strand of a double helix while displacing the other strand. Since the strands in a double helix are oriented in an anti-parallel configuration, such movement could either occur in a 5'-3' direction or in a 3'-5'direction.
This is not only for neet students it also help for biochemistry ug students... Thank u sir really u done a great job
