I removed my iPhone XR from silent through the way you described, from Setting > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Then You turn the last AssistiveTouch, then a round circle will appear on the screen then I tapped on the circle and touched the silent icon that’s all 👏. Thank you for making me happy tonight 💃

Something that also works is back-tap!
Go to settings > accessibility > touch > back-tap. So when You back-tap your iPhone, it will turn on and off silent mode! :)
(Works only from X iPhones and later)

Ok so this really helped thank you a lot so the point is first you should go to your assistant button and customise it that is setting >accessibility >touch > assistive touch “on” > customise top level menu> device. And from that after customising go to devise from assistive button and there you can see the mute and unmute button. Hope this help yall and thank you soo much for this. It reallyyy helped
