Excellent video. 03 LX Sport here was just checking to see what a pain it would be to replace the one bulb that is burned out by the temperature gauge. 200,000 miles red w tan interior runs like a champ!
Thank you for checking out my video. It's not that bad at all in my opinion. I would change them all while you have it open and LED's make a huge difference. I love to hear how long the Vic's will run. I have 90k miles now & want to have it for a long time.

Can I get a link to the LED bulbs you finally settled on.
I don't feel like trying the four different kinds like you did. lol
Also, did you only replace the 6 "illumination" lights, or did you replace the Brake, Airbag, Overdrive, Turn Indicator, etc.?

Thank you Chuck, I don't know about best video but I do try to be thorough. I did only replace the 6 for illumination because I figured the rest would be a waste since none of them are ever on lol. I will copy the link for you.

At last a video for an LX Sport, way toooooooo many for the P71/B and not all are created equal. Let's face it, not many LX with center console were made like the Marauders. In fact LX are much harder to find compared to Marauders. Trust me I know. My LX Sport is a 2005 and I got it in 2007 and I've only seen 3 since then. So these cars are definitely a keeper that's for sure. I believe I will be able to manage the removal for the lights. It's useless to watch other vids when they are NOT CVLX Sport. So thank you for that. Oh, what rims do you have and it seems you've done some work to it I heard the pipes too. Sounded really good...did you use Flowmaster 40 series? Perhaps show a tour of your ride. I have a huge project for my LX and all ready started too. Any way thanks again.
Thank you for all the compliments. I also looked for several years before I found this one. On the exhaust I cut off the factory mufflers and replaced them with Cherry Bombs and deleted the resonators. The rims are American Racing Torque Thrust. I will have to check yours out.

PRNDL indicator is string driven. Remove column top cover. Remove one bolt. Slip string loop out. String is spring loaded so gentle pull needed.

Thanks for tuning in. Yes, they do dim with the switch. It's not as smooth as with incandescent bulbs but it does work. I do love the LX Sport, I was just sitting in mine yesterday wishing the weather was better lol.
Need to replace turn signal bulb. Want to do all LED while cluster is out. Is that same size bulb?

Ive changed mine to led but i keep having issues with them going bad pretty quickly. Not sure why they are going bad that fast.
I think they changed the quality of the LED's. The LED's that I put in are still going strong years later. I ordered the same product from Amazon a year or 2 ago for my brother and they also keep burning out. I haven't upgraded any dash lights lately, but I will be looking for better LED's when I do.
Would you know how to wire a marauder gages to the lxsport
Sorry, I don't know that one. If the plugs are the same it may be just plug and play. I would start by comparing the plugs. If not the same, you may gave to Google the wiring diagram.

Have a 2011 P7B CROWN VICTORIA POLICE interceptor do you knowing if it's the same cluster so I can change mine over also are them dimmable bulbs you installed . Thanks
The bulbs are dimmable but not sure if your cluster is the same. It should be, they used that style bulb for a lot of years. I know they added a tachometer but think it's very similar.

Thanks for tuning in CD ROD! I have had no issues at all with the LED'S in the dash of the Crown Vic. I put them in my 92 Chevy truck without any issues as well.

@@moddyradical6764 I bought it on Amazon for $87 and it does have bluetooth. I can't beat it for the price and it sounds amazing. I will have more videos coming soon. It seems to be raining every day that I get off work lately. Pioneer DEH-X6900BT is the radio to search for.

Will this work with a 2011?
The screws are in almost the same place on a 2011 and the bulbs are the same but the connectors are on top with a gray lever to unplug them.
