I had the absolute pleasure of hanging out and shooting pool with Janick and Adrian this past weekend in Houston after the show. He's one of the most grounded, down-to-earth, coolest guys I've ever met.
i've always been happy that janick joined maiden and remained in maiden after mr.smith rejoined making the best guitar attack ever !!! great musician , great character!!!
I just love janicks friendship with davey! they make me laugh so much on stage and their 'voka makes you go faster' scene on the death on the road dvd is fucking hilarious!
“I didn’t think I’d fit in with Maiden” Are you kidding? He added such a great energy and a great style. So glad the band kept him when Adrian returned. Brave New World and on isn’t like the earlier stuff but it’s incredible.
He was great in White Spirit you haven't heard how good Janick Is until you have heard him in White Spirit. I know he was in Gillian for a few years too but White Spirit was a great band .

Brave New World is my favorite Maiden album, and Janick's songwriting is a big reason for that.
