Incredible views of this very beautiful place! Fascinating statues of the Kings! The Buddha statues were spectacular! Strange that they have 2 beside each other... one black and one gold. Nicely photographed!! Thumbs up!!

That is such amazing place and the temple you can see how historic it is. No wonder there are lot of tourist the place was built for centuries. One of the place that we want to visit in the future is Japan.

I lived in Japan for a year. I passe through the hole in the center post in one temple there.

@@GoodStuff_Travel Ah yes, My memory is starting to fade, LOL. I believe it was the same temple with that huge hair rope. I went for a tour with my folks and then spent a year up in Hokkaido learning to be a tinker and sword maker with Mr Okano. I had no visa and they eventually sent me home to Manitoba. It was the most interesting year of my life.

@@GoodStuff_Travel It was an amazing year. Mr Okano published the Japanese/English dictionary. I lived with his younger cousin just outside of Akita where I fell in love with the dogs. I ended up raising them here in Canada for 37 years. Thus Tomoko. He was an amazing dog !
