If you want a girl to feel excited over you, then you need to increase space and anxiety. It's that simple you cannot get a woman excited over you if you are texting her all the time. It doesn't work that way. You must get comfortable with bringing space into the relationship and controlling the space. This is important, especially if she asks for space-you must give it to her! Also, don't let her control the space and pull away from you and upset you.
Instead, it's better to be in control and pull away from her so you control the space (this is psychologically easier and less stressful if you take control of the situation). If you want respect and adoration and high attraction, you must maintain distance and space to get her thinking about you. There are no exceptions to this rule.

I'm currently reconciling with my ex gf. We broke up in December and I made all the mistakes as far as insecurities and etc leading to the break-up. I was acting needy and trying to fix things and my attempts were futile. I finally fell back and got my affairs in order as well as my self respect.
