I found some land and a house that was real cheap. Come to find out the people moved out because their house kept getting robbed and the time they went on vacation for 5 days someone stole everything from their house including the A/C unit and all the copper wiring . They were not able to live in the house until it was fixed up. They called a contractor to do the work and all the building materials were stolen the night after they were dropped off. Then they stole all the aluminum windows for the aluminum. his house was out in the country. The closest houses were 3 miles away.
