Thank you so much Mr Angry Turtle! You and all your builds and stuff is the reason i still play the game. Fun to try and use all the different builds you have done. Makes the game a lot less boring ❤
Thanks for the video. I was always looking for a PA set for my bloodied build and I finally managed to get a full Hellcat Bolstering armor. It started out of curiosity - and because I couldn't get my hands on Aristocrats or Overeater. Now I'm sitting on round about 770 DMG and NRG resistance, adding Funky Duds, Sizzling Style and Electric Absorbtion which makes it a nice Jack of all Trades. Holy Fire and a a bloodied gatling laser is all I need. And for non-PA gameplay I use an Enclave sniper or an Enclave flamer. So what was once a sneaky Fixer build is now a pure energy build. And I like it.
How dynamic is this game?

My main build is something similar to this but I don’t really bother with the VATS component, heavy guns and power armor fight with VATS too much for me. I guess mine is just a little more lazy. Still can use it generally speaking, the main enabler is the coffee which I also have too much of. I try to build in a little more weight reduction especially since Bethesda changed perks stacking with legendary effects. Still looking for that set of weapon weight reduction on my Union set haha. I started out my second playthrough (First was on xbox and second was pc) with your rip daring shotgun build. It took me all the way through 150. Now i am shifting to this build. Thanks for your great content. See ya in the wasteland.
I've been struggling to find a build I enjoyed without struggling with ammo. Can say so far, I'm loving the build and its nice seeing my ammo going up fast and not down xD
I would like to know if anyone has noticed that if you log out with a bobble and/or magazine effect active, which has been extended by curator, if the duration has fallen to or below normal duration (1 hour or less for bobbles, 30 minutes or less for magazines), once you log back in, the effect will be gone, as if you didn't have curator equipped. I've never seen anyone talk about it. I left a comment to the community manager on reddit, but they never replied
I’ve had it happen on full timer mags and bobbles…it’s the worst if u get disconnected unintentionally and not just hopping servers 😑

I'm level 210ish now and have never really optimized my build, been playing very casually...loosely running a PA heavy gunner, but my damage is abysmal. Will probably rework to look more like yours , thanks for the video :D
Well this is 70% close to my build, but I prefer solo play and my charisma is only 4. Gun Fu is also must have for me. I have bloodied mutation, but i prefer to have at least 50% health, no more Nerd rage. Most of the time I'm running at 39% because this percent gives you +2 to all stats on unyielding.
Same. I was tired of getting killed all the time cos of the low HP limit to activate nerd rage.

What do ya thinks it's better for the Elder's Mark? Q/E or TS/E? I rolled both of them and i feel that the TS its a little bit nastier in dmg, bc of the "two bullets on one click" rate that the Elder's have. With TS is 4 bullets explo for click, So its an eternal critical basicaly.

i just got a bloody damage while aiming damage resist while aiming 1 i also just got an anti faster fire rate less cost which one would be better
Tato salad is bloody lethal. 😂 That’s why I stopped using it. Just not worth it, pretty tanky without it anyway. I’ve been running a Holy Fire build just without PA, it’s pretty fun. 👍

I really want to re roll the Holy Fire but I don't have a 2nd one to fall back on if the roll turns bad from the standard vampire roll and I can't get my hands on another ! :(
You guys that might have the ear of Bethesda should tell them to fix the perk card system. We can't organize our perk cards without them looking like they've been shuffled around. Its a pain when trying to swap cards for loadout building or on the fly for situational re-builds.

I like this build a lot and have a lot of fun with it but I have a question would anyone recommend scaly skin as a mutation with this build or no?
Course I’m already carrying the water right quiet coffee is right at the top all the time and it’s like 25% water drive I’ve got to the point where I need to top off my fluids. I just drink coffee. I mean, I have loads of it I don’t find my phone using it that often and I can’t help myself, but looting it from the machine every time I go there, same with the company I looted every time it’s constantly expiring before I use it up but you know it four or four of them I think every time I open my food at least take a tea and drink a couple of coffee for water eat something to top off my food
Is it possible to get the coffee machine currently?
Flamer fuel is the reason I’m over encumbered (I think, I have around 400lbs that I can’t figure out how it showed up?)
From my testing one extra point in Party Boy will give more luck than two points in Happy-Go-Lucky. One spare point for Radicool maybe.
Hopefully Bethesda fixes the barrel attachment so that it can actually affect the flamer gun.
How about full health non-PA non-VATS build?
Tbh by the time you buff up all that stuff, one could have killed the mirelurk queen five times even with a cryolator 🤷
I dont really see the vallue of going bloodied see to many really high levels still going down in daily ops and im just ramming threw all the enemies being level 300 barely while level 600 or 900 bloodied builds are in trouble all the time

@@unknownuser110Exactly why I figured revenant would be useless in public teamplay. 😆 Even without Revenant I'll still carry the server. I can understand the hate for bloodied builds, as there is some toxic players out there. Unfortunately, we're not all assholes.
I dont know about going bloodied i see people being level 600 going down in daily ops with PA on my full health build holds out really nice and does enough damage ... in most cases doing more damage is just about being able to solo a boss and i really dont need that

Now that I have the build working and underatand the Nuka Dark buff, how the heck do we lay down the VATS dps without breaking out of VATS? I spam coffee, hold down my crit button and trigger and still run out of AP in no time. Is there a way around this or is this how it works?
(I know the VATS cost of heavy guns is high but damn it goes fast)

Three points in and lock by just storing your food and only pulling it out when you’re going to need it I’m assuming you have a fallout first so if you’re like somewhere on the map and somebody tells you there’s a queen coming come help with the queen, you can just pop at 10 and pull out of Boston and eat it

I know you are going crit heavy, but doesn't that negate the Dodgy usage? I like to keep Ricochet on just for the times when you get a 50cal gutsy. If you are in a swarm, and that hits, it can actually do some damage before you realize.
Dodgy doesn’t activate after every hit like it used to. There’s a delay between AP usage even if you’re getting swarmed. Plus the canned coffee is meant to outrun any contending AP usages
I dont recommend running born survivor while bloody as it just auto eats your stims even if your not taking damage... i went afk and had like 200 stims and it just ate through them all

I had it explained to me before and I don’t recall the numbers, but basically if your perks are properly geared towards both guns respectively, holy fire is better for range and enc flam is better at close range. Again, only if your perks are properly applied, otherwise holy fire is better all around.
By the time you buff up, i killed everything three times over.

That's pretty much my pvp build including master infiltrator to unlock stuff at people's camps and raise my bounty. Its on 300 plus caps so far. Lets see if i make it to 1k before someone sneak vats me.

Yes Im doing this since a month now, I can tell it is not that difficult if you know which foods are the one you need to activate. But the ingredient farming is a pain in the a... 😂

@jayjo0685 plant corn, tatos, and mutfruit in your camp. Bonus is that you also have an adhesive farm. Don't forget to equip Green Thumb before you harvest them!
Just cook up the box you want and throw them in your refrigerator already. They’re good. They’ll keep forever in there now and the 100% one the military one it’s got 50 slots I mean seriously cook up boss getting ready to go to a queen or a pearl ortype or whatever grab a couple food and then head out
Does Anti-Armor give more damage than Bloodied for Holy Fire?
Anti armor is best for all weapons for bosses. For everyday use bloodied is better. 👌

I have rolled a lot on the Holy Fire. I can't get a bloodied to roll. Am I the only one finding that wont roll? I did get a beautiful quad ,vats crit damage with stealth Holy Fire so I don't feel so ripped off by the RNG now.

perks and mutation can boost it
Max Party Boy perk triples the effects of alcohol, and Sweetwater Special Blend has alcohol. :)

This is still the part i dont like about the game, that bloodie is stupid more powerfull and overall just if not as tanky as a normal HP PA. There are just too much perks and stuff benifit dmg towards it that every can counter from a fullHP side.
It’s balanced though. Bloodied can still be one shotted even in power armor. You’re playing a higher risk higher reward game.
I agree and I ran bloody unyielding since I started thanks to turtles videos and there is a lot of perks that help damage and resistance at low health, I can’t really explain it but as low health you need certain perks all the time like nerd rage,serendipity,starched genes,born survivor and I always need a full unyielding set at full heath you can play around with you armor pieces and have fun with perk set ups but we need a damage buff on other legendary effects for example junkies has all negative effects on your specials why not boost it to 75% more damage with all addictions

We're talking avarage normal gameplay, 50% dmg reduction, 25% on top of that, 25% dmg boost, 50% dmg there, 100% on the weapon, aside the resistance bonusses, i dont really see you being 'twice as high risk' for getting 'at least twice the dmg'. 90% of the time you dont get hit, hardly get hit, but still get all the benefits.

Has anyone noticed or experienced a bug with Perk Card Sharing??
I have it turned OFF because too many players share Sun Kissed or some other Radiation Regeneration card and/or Born Survivor.
I don’t see them in my Perk Card loadout as shared, but I see my Rads regenerating and I kept seeing the “injured” VaultBoy and I went through 20 Stims without realizing it on more than one occasion!
Usually it’s strange in numbers 😂 why even bother
@@texasweeds I hear you! Share something useful. A damage or defensive perk card. Maybe a carry weight card, but don’t share cards that go against what 75% of the player base plays as.

How fo you have 440 carry weight in your power armor? I have 25 strength and my max weight in my power armor is only 280.
Calibrated shocks mod on the legs, and also the union power armour set bonus is +75 carry weight
Did they change enemy damage in the last patch? It feels like they are doing more damage. Especially Anglers ranged attacks and certain other elemental and energy damage.
I find the same thing especially enemies with energy weapons
I think energy attacks are buffed. I been getting melted by laser turrets while doing a nuke run and test ur metal I die so much now. I have a tank build so ya, the last patch tho..
@@Vertex_0101yes test your metal and moonshine jamboree both have killed me when they never used to. It is insane how fast an anglers ranged spit and robot lasers can melt a health bar now.
Laser turrets are buffed and actually can deal some damage now, also it seems like fire attack of creatures and robots are now deal proper fire damage
Any event with robots is a no go for me now. I die in about 2 seconds. I don't seem to be only one, seen several high level players dying at the same time. As above, Test Your Metal is a killer, people seem to hang around the arena entrance and fire in.

But I’m taking regularly all the time like I’m just running around doing random shit I will always have a company Dion for they be and I will always have Carey wait at that Carey weight, but those are free for resource generators. I don’t have the miler of my head that I have the you know, the Mylar boss sign as well. Any free boss so I just be using them all the time but the ones that you have to go and get kill shit gather to meet and the resources to make them so I keep in the freezer.

Turtle, you taught me something today, but you did not intend to. At 3:44 you showed me how to share perks. In the 6 months I have been playing this game I have seen perks being shared with me, but never knew how to do it, thought it was automatic (yes, now I see it is at the bottom of the perk page.) Now I need to learn what perks are best for sharing.
Ones that dont hurt other builds(rad sponge..not good for bloody friends) staple perk cards (like you dont need to share class freak.. everyone has it... While everyone has strange in numbers.. from what ik... The effects of that stack) friendly fire is a handy one during radiation rumble... Youll get a feel for what seems useful
I'm so under powered it would make a lower level play cry and I'm level 91. Also I'm not that familiar with the game so I don't know where to go to get what I need for such build. I can't even make my armour legendary without using random.

When you said nothing else will provide the same benefit as good with salt. That’s incorrect you can actually save yourself those 3 points and replace that card with the grocers backpack mod. Which if anyone doesn’t know gives you 90% slower soil time for your food. 😊

I'm level 188 but can't play the game ,i don't know where to get materials,mods or good weapons,i have some good perks,not that really good but they work,i have a commando build with my fixer,i do 120 of damage but still can't do as much as you do
I don’t agree with these weapons as they aren’t new weapons it just a skin with tweaks. So why don’t Bethesda save time and just make it a skin with added perks so you can apply to already existing weapons you’ve collected. In return one less item in stash no carry weight added and less of a grind for the same weapon you already have and existing weapon may become more useful with the skin applied with the option to revert back to stock

I have xp farming guide that includes the build, about crafting loadout it's just as many crafting perks as I could fit
No mention of a backpack or under armor I take it you are not a fan. Refrigerated backpack vs good with salt ? They both reduce spoilage by 90% and the backpack would free up 3 perk points. What say you master turtle ?

That being said, I have the build set up but I still cant seem to power VATS. Been trying with a G plasma and Holy Fire.
Would you happen to have a rough idea of how many coffee I would need to chug to suatain vats on both of those? Neither have minus AP cost unfortunately.

you really need gp with less ap, try to get any crappy roll but with less ap and then it will be 12 coffee

Bethesda needs to make enemies harder with all these buffs etc.
I find it rather odd how anyone can claim that is an endgame build with all that jumping and running around nonsense, when you could just drop some mini-nukes while in stealth and kill everything in a tenth of the time.
Tbh most enemies in this game are not so hard to kill and survive that needs an overly powered build lol
I find bloodied builds not that interesting. I prefer full health builds, but they will always be weaker and that sucks. Less options for end game is not a good feature
Bloodied builds are end game, full HP is more for noobs/beginners
Many of us have a lot of playtime, and simply don't want to be stuck to a bloodied build. Calling this group noobs/beginners is rude, and we are a better community than that.

@@MrDelgado559 lol. trying to make it sound like this game was for anyone else is hilarious. You just can't help but try to insult people. "softies" - It is ok not to take a game serious without having to be rude. At least you made me laugh.
I wouldn't have Master Infiltrator always equipped, maybe the Perception card and have the bobble and magazine cards +Green thumb always equipped with full concentrated fire or two other perks then move the 1 special point to intelligence or whatever. When you need to unlock or hack something swap Master Infiltrator with Taking One For The Team, hacking and unlocking stuff really isn't worth the time and effort even with Master Infiltrator, there's just nothing locked away that's worth bothering with it at end game beyond a daily challenge. And you have VATS perks so perception is important to VATS unless you enjoy missing at point blank range with a shotgun and 5 is better than 2 by 3 points.
@Angry Turtle, can you ask the developers to make the stabilzed perk card work also without PA? I have a heavy gun build but I am mostly playing without PA. As the bear arms perk card works without PA I think it is logical. And if you play alot you might prefer playing without PA and then also be able to use unyielding armor.

This build doesnt seem that good vats and heavy gunner pa dont go well together and also you dont have electric absorbstion for heals power armour reboot for 40% chance to not die you dont need green thumb or the magazine perk on all the time, lifegivers a waste friendly fire wtf lol and doesnt have demo expert and all the food perks really arent needed who wants to farm buffs for 30 mins for a negligible amount of dmg revenant you have to die for it to work and get someine to res you born surviver just why you want to waste 400 stims party boy/girl is waste lol doesnt even have the ammoweight perk all in all its a bad build if you want a good tanky bloody heavy gunner watch tyrs Dreadnaught video
This is a boring build, and bloodied doesn't make any logical sense (outside of game physics).
