Hello po, as far as I know, Krisp will only reduce the background noises. If the problem is with the headphone po, I am not sure if Krisp can fix it.
Hello Sir Rill thank you for this Video it's very useful for those aspiring VA like me, but I want to ask how to start to become one, I don't know much about the Job I am in Sales for 6 years in a corporate company as a Territory sales representative ( Med Rep) I really wanted to shift to this kind of job because I read a lot of good feedback about it, is it possible for me to start given my experience or is there any VA job that fit for my skills, Thank you!
Hello Sir! Thank you for dropping your comment! There are jobs/niche which your experience may fit-in in this industry. You can try becoming a healthcare recruiter or explore other jobs related to medical field po. The medical industry is a very huge industry in the US, therefore marami kayong pwedeng ma hanap na job online. You can also go for jobs na related to sales din po like Appointment setting or cold calling.

Hello po, yes po pinag send ako ng screenshot ng pc specs and speed test. So far with my experience, di na ako pinag live speed test. It was more on the software po sa pc ko, like Microsoft Office po.

Sir, must po ba na dalawa ang computer? Nagprovide po ba sila ng additional laptop after nyo pong pumasa?
Hello po, yes required po yung dalawang PC nila before applying. Ito po yung naka sulat sa website nila "Backup desktop/laptop, backup Internet connection, and backup power supply can be provided after passing the interview. Please ensure to have these systems ready before applying."
Unfortunately, di po ako sure kung nag pr-provide sila ng equipment po for their aspiring VAs.

Hi, based on my experience with them, I remember the recruiter disclosing that they don't accept people who have full-time jobs. You may check their website din po if they offer part-time opportunities.

Hello po, you can tell them that you are working on it and will promise to get it secured before training starts or before getting matched with a client 😉
Ayoko na. Nakaktakot yung mga tanong, bookkeeping, crm, tapos may mga tools na hindi ko alam.
Hahaha I understand po, but I think they ask those questions just to see how they can probably match you to a potential client, since your skillsets should compliment the client's needs. Not all the tools I mentioned in this video are a MUST naman po and besides, most agencies also offer training so need not to worry too much. 😉💪

Hello po, most agencies po conduct their interviews online pero need pa rin po kayo mag on-cam para makita ng recruiters yung background niyo po. On the other hand, my interview experience with Careers at Magic did not require me to open my camera during the interview, pwede niyo rin po i-try ang agency na to.

@@rillreels Need ko din po kasi makatulong sa fam maliban sa nagmamanage ako ng small biz pero not enough din saka mahirap din lalo kailangan pa ng ibang pagkukuhanan ng source of income. Still having a hard time to review yun ba marefresh ako ulit lalo na matagal na din yung last job and application ko. Medyo maninibago nanaman since iba itong VA sa mga dati kong naging work.

@kristine joy maravilla Hello, sorry ngayon ko lang nakita yung follow-up comment mo. Don't worry if fresh grad ka, there are agencies that accept fresh grads pa rin po. Try niyo po The VA Hub, I think they even have VAs na students din po.
@@kristinejoymaravilla8558 Thank you for your comment. Tip ko lang para di ka kabahan, just think of the interview as a casual conversation or just think of the interviewer as your friend. Yung kaba andyan po yan at the start but eventually, it will fade away din po. If you're not into tasks na mag i-involve po ng voice like customer service, pwede niyo po i try ang Social Media Management as niche po.

Yes po, di naman talaga necessary na ang experience is within BPO. I know people din po who started from scratch. My workmate is also a Mom so there is always a possibility in becoming a VA. Trust the process lang po ☺. All it takes talaga is learning and studying po. Tapos pillin niyo po yung niche na feel niyo magugustuhan niyo 😉

Im also a product of BPOs po. All of my working experience are from BPOs. Sadly, medyo challenging na talaga ngayon ang applications dahil saturated na din ang market, but don’t lose hope. It took me almost a year before getting a job. I even had to go back to corporate set up. You can watch my entire VA journey video. I hope it motivates you 😊💕
