Don't worry, this doesn't happen often, maybe once every three to five years. Just be patient and the city crews will have the streets passable in a few days. You should make sure you have winter tires, preferably the new studded tires with retractable studs so you can get to work on the morning after the storm. Tire chains work but they limit your speed to 20 km/h and they are a pain to put on especially in the snow. Without studded tires or 4wd, it can be a bit dicey on side streets and you may have to shovel your way out or use traction aids but folding shovels and traction aids don't cost much.

Yes my friend. Very hard to drive. Lots of accidents because of this.

It's been worse, this was a dry light snow so despite being deep, it was more easily cleared then wet snow.
Oh just stop that whimpering and sniveling . It's just snow. Now get out there and do a PROPER job on that driveway! lol

The Sun always finishes the job in a couple of days so you only need to roughly clear the driveway.
