His timing makes things SO MUCH FUNNIER!! I love him. I haven't genuinely laughed during an act on so many instances. For other well known Australian comedians where I'm from, some are hilarious and others I sorta force the laughter out. For Axel it just happened uncontrollably. Absolutely hilarious, one of a kind.

the 2 other stand ups were funnier and chuck and Jamie were far more talented and funnier.

I’m happy that Axel Blake has won bgt but my favourite out of the three was tom ball. He has an amazing voice!
The problem is ,bgt ,has had a lot off singers go through ,and son ,shame dearly ,since Paul pots ,won ,I thought Tom ball would win ,but I love a good comedy,haven't had a good one since Lenny hennry
Problem was Blake already had a massive following been a tik tok and insta star. All of those would have been asked to vote by blakes team whereas noone knew really who Tom Was.. But Tom Ball was clearly the better act on the night.

I love how effortlessly he transitions into new topics, it makes the whole thing seemless.
I love that he won, but I wish there were MORE ROUNDS cuz I just wanna see him perform MORE. I just wished it didn’t end!! The amazing thing is that his jokes are culturally diverse and universal. Coming from an Asian background (born and raised in Singapore), I found it hard to relate to some comedy acts. This guy NEVER FAILS to make me laugh and keep wanting MORE.

He's funny, Ms Fung; he can be like a Chapelle if he works on it, rather than have specific jokes, Chapelle really preaches, but the way he says things - no matter what he says - is funny 🤣

You'll also get to see him at the Royal Variety Show this Christmas, given that he won.
Also, it's a good thing that there aren't more rounds, because it's quite critical to having a variety of acts be viable in the competition. A lot of the acts just don't lend themselves well to having a dozen rounds, with creators exhausting themselves of ideas and viewers tiring of essentially the same act with a different spin on it. There's only so many times that it's interesting to see a dog doing tricks, and the acts that have had success in that area did so by having radically different sets each time that make the act feel fresh, when in reality the dogs are doing mostly the same tricks all over again. With ten or more rounds in the competition, it'd get much harder for the dog lady to come up with a new spin on the act, and the few tricks that had been held in reserve would get quickly used up. Dancers and magicians would face similar strains on their repertoire. Basically, the more creativity that is required in the act, the more difficult it would be to sustain over a dozen performances, and that isn't as much of a challenge for musical acts who only need to pick the right song and sing it well in order to prove their talent, so they'd have an easier time of it because they're not constrained by a need for creativity in their act. And while this could present an opportunity for some acts if they're exceptionally creative enough to continually wow the audience each and every week, most of them will just be outpaced by some powerhouse vocalist singing Whitney or Adele every week (and doubly so if it's a 12yo girl). For a comedian, they fall about half way along the spectrum of creativity, because they do have to be creative in coming up with new material or integrating it from their repertoire like a dancer or magician, but on the day a funny joke will always be funny joke and will always be entertaining, much like a great vocal performance. If you added more rounds, the second half of the competition would just become a sing off, with maybe one other act that is exceptionally creative and figures out how to wow the audience each week with a new spin on their act.
TL;DR: Basically, it's better for the viability of a comedy act, and even moreso for the other non-musical acts, that there's only three rounds, and it's what allows this show to have the variety of acts that it's designed for.
Don’t worry he’s already an established comedian so you have plenty to watch. He shouldn’t have been allowed on the show.

I've was never thrilled on who one past BGTs and I was never saddened if someone lost. With Axel it's different, I'm so happy he won and would be sad if he didn't. Every time he talks it's funny.
