Join us this week on aboard mermaid monster as we provision and plan during a global crisis on our Nordhavn 55 blue water trawler. Disclaimer, at the time the situation was still evolving and we had no idea of what it would become… along with everyone else. Our plans have since DRAMATICALLY changed. We are safe, isolated and healthy as of now, but we wanted to show you our thought process and journal through this bizarre time. Without a global issue, preparing for a long extended cruise takes a huge amount of time, effort, resources and hard earned cash. Braden and I spend a lot of time planning out routes, spares, meals, activities, schedules and somehow maintain work in-between.
