My legs are weak p Covid 19 sx, DTR's were 3+, now absent bilat., Primary care tells me to go to ED where $$$$$ will be extracted from Medicare and me before I can see a Neurologist for a clinical diagnosis and treatment to prevent my life from being ruined. Great system we have in the US.

AIDP- Acute Inflammatory Demyelinating PolyRadiculoNeuropathy- indicates a specific disease, e.g. GBS;
AIDP - Acute Inflammatory Demyelinating PolyNeuropathy - Indicates any Polyneuropathy including GBS; it's a Umbrella term. PolyRadiculoNeuropathy involves Spinal nerve roots that rises CSF proteins; however, PolyNeuropathies do not Involves Spinal nerve roots and don't rise CSF proteins.
I wonder mixing terminology or interchanging between are confusing.
I truly appreciate your efforts putting complex info together that digestible one.
