Anjunadeep label co-founder and A&R James Grant and Bristolian DJ Jody Wisternoff share their milestone tenth mixed compilation together - Anjunadeep 14 Mixed by James Grant & Jody Wisternoff.
Anjunadeep, is the renowned UK label responsible for breaking acts like Lane 8, Dusky, Yotto, Ben Böhmer and Eli & Fur. Ever since the inaugural ‘Anjunadeep 01’ in 2009, the compilation series has been a launchpad for the next generation of electronic artists.
Anjunadeep 14 showcases the diverse sounds of Anjunadeep, setting the label’s agenda for 2023 with new and exclusive tracks across two meticulously-crafted mixes. There’s label favourites Yotto, Luttrell and 16BL alongside the next wave of stars such as Simon Doty, Durante and Romain Garcia. This year, Jody and James are pleased to introduce new talent to the label, with debuts from Amy Root, Paul Baule, Natascha Polké and Claxy.
To celebrate the release of this year’s compilation, James and Jody have filmed a special live performance of Anjunadeep 14 at Qarraba Bay in Malta. Filmed across one 180 minute sunset session, the performance can be viewed on the Anjunadeep CZcams channel.

My dad just recently passed in July. The weekend after the funeral I was extremely sad but decided to stick with our already made plans so me and my cousin went to the weekender at the gorge and I saw these guys live for the first time. On the flight home I decided to download this anjunadeep album because I loved their set so much(I was there mostly for Tinlicker, Yotto, and AB&B tbh) and I can tell you it's been a go to album just to keep me sane in what's really going on in my life. Brilliant. Been home with my dog dancing barefoot in the garden, a beautiful day full of laughter, fresh air, an occasional gentle rain, a cocktail or three, and this set as the soundtrack. I'm not sure how many times it has repeated, I'm actually not even sure how it got started, but Maggie my dog, the garden and plants, myself, and my thoroughly amused neighbors, we all thank you.
That actually sounds pretty lame. Especially when the music is so bland. The mixmag jody set is much better. This is really dull music.

I do my daily walking on this mix. I walk on the beat. It's a pe-des-tri-an beat. This is excellent acoustic doping. The first 17 minutes are heaven. The rest is perfect too, but I like the relative ambient quality of the long Ouverture. I'd like a two hour version of the incredible opening. Thnx.
