Mike I really like your displays. And what you said is so true for me. Everything I have which is a lot it’s all on display.. I’m not putting anything back in the box. That’s the way I like it. Your displays are looking great!!

I am mainly collecting characters now I have some emotion with or just like how they look. For my favorite characters I buy multiples. One thing I chose to do is have all combiners in legends scale, which is saving me a TON of space. FOMO is a real thing though and I will need to adress that and cancel some of my preorders. The problem for my collection mainly is what to do with the boxes….
One of my don'ts is to buy duplicates. For every duplicate figure you buy, there is one more character that you miss out on in multiple ways. You lose the display space and the cost and availability. It might be cool having 4 arcee's. However, at $100-$170 each, that is easily 3 or 4 other figures that are no longer available.
My Transformers shelf is just a lineup of characters because I just don't have the room to do a dynamic display. That's the problem when you collect everything. I've been downsizing because I need room but also to thin out the collection some so the displays don't look so cluttered.
I've gone back and forth on how to best display my stuff. Originally, I was only gonna do season 1-2 and the movie MP's. Display each MP with their 80's G1 counterparts. Then I got Apeface and Snapdragon. Then Yes model chromedome and hardhead. Then MMC Overlord and Fans-hobby Powermaster prime. Ran outa room. I try to have ONE version of an MP as I don't display alt-modes. Still a space issue. Legends would have been so much easier. No "regerts". I love my MPs. Just got my hands on a Jinbao OS Predaking.
Nice to see the collection. Thanks for sharing Im jealous of people having time to properly fix their collection. There was a time where spending hours on something was not a commodity
Time to thin out the collection. I would look for other display options for your duplicates. I have a separate shelf for mine and displayed in alt mode. But I only collect masterpiece and vintage joes plus classified. So not as much room as all of your collections would take up. Speaking of classified. Did you get your once a man?
My display is crammed to the rim. All I ask is a bigger house. I have statues which I have stopped buying, MP Transformers, Lego modular sets, and GI Joe classified. Ugh.
I think your collection display is good, given this is just Transformers & the amount of different lines you collect (im guessing you have a room dedicated to your collection). I love these types of videos, no matter how they are displayed because it’s a good way to get ideas & inspiration. But do you have the balls to let Bobby Skullface review your collection? Haha. I can’t say anything, because I’m renting & will move in 9 months, about 90% of mine are in their boxes AND the boxes are in the display cabinets. Each to their own, I say.
Would you be interested in doing a video collaboration with fans? Especially when a fan like myself has over 50 MP in my collection and would help boost your channel 😁
Better than what I currently have to work with. I got everything in front of a broken gas fireplace. I'll send you some pictures in time for the 21k special and I can get roasted over it and being weird in buying all these over priced MakeToys Recolor seekers. 😂
All these people saying it’s time to thin everything or redo the displays obviously didnt watch the video. You literally say this in the video. I think your displays look fine as is in most cases. I have no problems seeing what’s there and think the chaos looks great as is.
I love your channel and your content, I always watch your videos, but let me give you an honest critique of your display. Unfortunately it seems that you don't have enough space to display the amount of figures you have. Too many figures on top of each other doesn't allow you to appreciate the figures, and backgrounds that aren't a single uniform color don't help. You should at least put 30% in their boxes (maybe 50% if you use detailed backgrounds). Start by choosing the best representation of each character and boxed the rest. 1 Motormaster, 1 Rumble, 1 Ravage, 1 Arce, etc... boxed all repaints. If you want to display all the figures you NEED more space. Better to appreciate some of your pieces than none of them. I promise that my comments are in good faith.
Your displays are 😂😂😂😂. All of the figures get blurred into each other. It’s normal to see what you have with those old old homes. What you should do is invest in upgrading and modernizing your old old home.

Love your channel....but Mike the display is not very good. Very cluttered it's tough to appreciate how awesome these figures are.

All of your shelves are way too crowded. Thin them out, the figures are blurred into one .
