God is worthy of all praise. Lift your voice and give Him the sacrifice of praise. He is able to do more than we can imagine. He loves us more than we can comprehend. He is our all-sufficient God!
This voice of God replaces the anxiety in my mind, giving me His peace. ❤

Just heard now a good friend just passed away and he was hurting physically mentally and emotionally from illness and it brought tears to my eyes and I just heard this video and I Do know that he will be okay. Because I know our Lord always sees when someone is hurting and suffering He takes them And I know he is in good hands. Thanks for this video

My confidence comes from trusting in Almighty God. David gives good reasons for being confident in God's protection. David reminds himself of God's goodness when experiencing natural human anxiety. When we rely on God, we can find refuge in Him, recognizing Him as our ultimate provider of strength and confidence. (Ps. 142:5). God is our allotment, our inheritance, our source of security and hope. Obey and worship God. Pray to Him, and adore Him. Walk before Him knowing that He also walks with you. Our deliverance comes from God. Rest in His great love.

Gwen, I just wanted you to realize that 3 out of 5 people feel lonely. You have more control over this than you might think. Google "loneliness" and it will give you a lot of ideas for making positive changes in your life. It starts with a mental attitude. People can feel lonely in a crowd. Solitude can be a great opportunity for making huge positive changes in your life. Learn more about self-care, gratitude, volunteer work, or adopting an animal. It's a great time to practice the presence of God. I'm praying for you. You can do this with God's help. ❤️
When you are feeling all alone and in the dark, sit with a quiet heart and mind, that's when you can reach out to feel Gods love. His arms are holding you, listen for his heartbeat, his breath. Let God comfort you... He speaks into your heart and mind, in the dark, in the moments that are unseen by others. God is working "behind the scenes".
