1:55 People who can use Charge characters and bust those charge moves out super fast like this always baffle me. That legitimately just looks hard to actively do, to me. 😅
It takes time, but once you learn it. It becomes muscle memory automatically. So you don't have to remember it. Also, they take all the complex stuff out of her. So you don't have to worry about that. I could say that Sprint into Dolphin will definitely easier here than in older games. Because we don't have a dash-macro.
it’s kinda simple, i learned with leo but basically any time you are in a blockstring you can hold the back button as soon as a move goes out, for example 2k 6k HDP can be confirmed by doing 2k then 36k then back to 2 as soon as you see 6K go out and the DP can confirm same thing with may when she gets you in a totsugeki blockstring
the charge time is not as long as lot of people think, and you can hold back pretty much anytime, even while you're getting wombo-comboed
Maybe it's cause I main Elphelt, and me trying to branch out to other characters is making me too smooth-brained for stuff. Lmao
Currently trying Bridget and Ram and I love both, though my Bridget is a tad shaky tbh. And when I tried May, I just couldn't wrap my head around using the Charge dolphins and advancing on my opponent at the same time.
Charge time in strive isn’t long so that helps.
