I loved this tutorial. Finally managed to create this glowing cinematic look with my own hands! Thank you a lot and good luck with your channel!
Very good info here! And your production quality is dope !
Awesome tutorial, and great style on the video!
my dude, this is premium content and you should never stop. Not a fan easily, but you got me man
Dude this was amazing - not only was the content fantastic, but this was easily the most entertaining tutorial I've ever watched.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate that!
I love how this isn’t just a boring step by step tutorial, but rather it has these little funny bits to help to grab the attention more... I just enjoy that little extra addition
When you said ''That will not do.'' the second time like that, that's how I knew I needed to subscribe. Thanks for the vid !
i loved u instantlyJoe, wish u much love and creativity from Argetina!
Thank you! More to come!
Great video, it was really easy to watch and it helped so so much!
Any tips on doing this for Final Cut Pro? There aren’t any adjustment layers, and every plugin available doesn’t allow for individual manipulation of the adjustment layer’s opacity. Stuck with method 1 for the moment, and it’s working great, but method 2 is what I’m really after. Thank you for sharing these tips 💪
Im not completely sure, as I dont use Final Cut very often, but I think I might look into that and cover it in a future video!
:D had fun
Helped a lot thanks!
thats exactly what i needed right now. Thank you Joe :)
Thanks so much for the site shoutout!! Awesome tutorial :)
No problem! Thank you for creating amazing tools!
this video ruled. second technique is exactly what I needed!!
Thank you!!
Some interesting ideas. One thing to note: white dust didn't happen on 8mm film until color negative filmstocks were available in Super 8 (Pro8mm in the 90s if I'm not mistaken). So for a genuine pre-90s Super 8 look there should only be black dust (unless we want to imply it was blown up to a 16mm internegative which is extraordinarily rare).
Wow! Thats damn nice. Thanks man.
Love the delivery dude, this is hilarious. It's like you have an editor alter ego that grabs the mic every now and then
Awesome!
hey, what is the name of the font that you use?
Great tutorial and you are just spicing things up with sense of humor, so nice to watch :) Thanks!
Thank you!!
You should have set the grain blending mood to hard light
What effect was that when you dropped the mic ?
thank u JoJo
Joe, which lens/focal length did you use on the footage?
Hi there! I believe this was a sigma 18-35 1.8 Art lens! It was set to 35mm in that particular shot.
what camera is used?
holy fuck this was an insane video. subscribed so fast homie.
Thank you so much!!
This is super helpful, however, the 8mm grain you added initially is that an effect you purchased or does that come with Premiere Pro? Asking for me! :)
Hello! They’re all purchased through Ezra Cohen’s website. It is linked in the description at the bottom :) He’s got a couple great grain options
@@MegaByteFilms thank you!!!
Love it - subbed and liked!
How did you get that perfect vertical light cast on the model? Looks like you were able to control its movement too... cool look and vibe. 👍🏻
Thank you! I used the Aputure spotlight mount on one of their 120dii lights. With the spotlight mount you can shape the light into whatever shapes you want! I hope that helps!
This blur is the the Scream 4 look

Good video, bad audio.
good tutorial but get more to the point. no need to pick up mic and emphasize on what you just said a second ago. Still liked it though
Let's make a image look more real by not making it look real wtf film grain is not realistic whatsoever stop adding it
Hope you´re joking lol
